What a day. My only plans were vet for my dogs meds, and doctor for my regular prenatal appointment. Well the dog was a basket case at the vet, then the doctor couldn't find the heartbeat so she sent me straight to the hospital. This kid is seriously messing with my PGAL brain between the lack of feeling movements still and now this. Everything was ok but they finally resorted to the ultrasound.
I had an anterior placenta with DD2 and still felt her by 17weeks. This baby was rocking so hard on the placenta is sounded like drums and she's like "you can't feel that!?!" No. Nothing. Then by the time I grabbed lunch and went back to my doctor to check in it was time to get the kids! So much for a relaxing kid free day to get things done.
This weekend is thanksgiving here so I'm going to my mom's for 2 weeks. Still need to pack and clean the house. Can't wait to dump these kids on my mom lol. I need a break from the not listening big kid and screaming baby trying to scale me constantly.

So yesterday I was telling my four year old that when we get the first snowfall, we would play on the snow and then make hot chocolate and watch Frozen. Well guess what? I just hung up the mittens to dry and I'm sipping hot chocolate and watching Frozen. Sigh. October 7th!
But the snow is a lot of fun with kids. Little baby man was loving it although he wasn't sure how to move in the snow suit.

Whoa where do you live again?! I can only remember snow once before Halloween growing up. Sounds pretty adorable though!

samelly the northern part of the province didn't get snow yet. We're currently driving south (I'll be in your neck of the woods tomorrow) and there's still no snow in Edmonton.

Lucky! We plan Halloween costumes big enough to wear over snow suits most of the time.

No joke. I remember one year my sister wanted to be Shania Twain because she got this cute purple denim short and vest outfit (hello 90's) and ended up just looking like a kid in a snow suit with a really big curly high ponytail. LOL.
Yes, I feel like we should have Halloween on September 30th in Canada so we sldont have to wear a jacket on top of our costumes. Kind of like how we do Thanksgiving earlier.

I'm in Alberta, Canada. It is still warm and sunny in other parts of the country like where I am from. So my family is making fun of me. I'm just outside the Rocky Mountains so we sometimes get snow really early. It could also be t-shirt weather again in a week. The weather is crazy here.

Ya I was in shorts and tank top today but DH's aunt in Calgary posted pics of her snowy backyard and DH is having a bit of a storm on Vancouver Island with strong winds.

Headed out for a road trip with the kiddos soon. I'm waiting for hubs to pick me up from work. 20 minutes late. I love sitting on a bench with a coked out lady (I work in a hospital)...
