I imagine symptoms are starting to kick in for some of us. I'm dying of exhaustion and have constant nausea. I'm dreading work tomorrow. How are you surviving?
H bought me ginger and I just looked it up and now idk if it's safe to take while pregnant. I've heard of some other supplements so I need to look into them.

I go to bed earlier and suck on hard ginger candies when I feel nauseous. I work full time and chase a toddler around full time so there is no rest for the weary! I napped a lot with my first pregnancy but that really won't be possible with this one.
Ginger is great for nausea! I peel and freeze ginger root (freezing makes it easier to grate), then use a micro plane to grate some into ginger ale and sip on that. Sucking in ginger candies can help too. Right now I eat spearmint starlight mints since the nausea isn't too bad and ginger candy with real ginger in it can get pricey.
As for rest, I nap when my toddler naps. And lay on the couch while he plays in the living room. And go to bed early. But if you work full-time, I don't think that helps! Sorry

I'm beyond exhausted ! I have nausea at night pretty bad , a little in the morning , but my nose is really sensitive this time, I feel like a dog lol! Napping has been the only way to survive taking care of a toddler at the same time !
I have also been pretty tired. I am going to bed early and napping on the weekends (which I never do). My spouse thinks I am nuts.
I am mostly noticing cramps right now. I am waking up every night and having a very hard time falling asleep again until they subside. I think I might order a hot water bottle to see if it helps.

I'm really just struggling. The nausea is constant. Yesterday I started taking unisom. It helped last pregnancy with nausea. Of course, I'm so damn tired but it's a trade off I guess. I'd prefer to not feel nauseous all day.
PgAL brain is in full effect lately.
Is anyone not having cramping/pulling sensation? I had a lot with my last pregnancy, my rainbow. So now I'm convinced that nothing is going on in there because I'm not feeling anything
5 losses (2003, 2008, 03/12, 11/12, & 10/16) All RPL testing by several REs = all normal
All IF testing by several REs = all normal 5 IUIs (2014) = BFN

Ugh PGAL brain is the worst. Did you have a tilted uterus last pregnancy? I'm researching this a lot because I'm having so so much cramping and pulling. If you had scar tissue that needed to be broken up last pregnancy or a tilted uterus that flipped it would make sense that you're not feeling anything this pregnancy. It would also make sense that your uterus has been stretched out before so you would naturally would not be as crampy. I'm going to say that not feeling anything is normal but so is feeling a lot of things
Me: 29 DH: 35 NTNP since May 2013 charting since June 2014 dx: Graves disease (radioactive iodine), Crohns disease (abdominal surgeries) MMC October 2015 (9 weeks) Severe MFI diagnosis July 2015

I had been told before that I had a tilted uterus, but it was never mentioned last pregnancy. It was never even mentioned during the IVF process. Uugghhhhhh

Ok, I'm officially losing my mind. I woke up this morning to a lot of spotting and my boobs aren't as sore anymore. So I just took a pregnancy test in the bathroom here at work. Still pregnant. For now. Breathe. 😳

I'm so sorry! Is the spotting still brown or pink? Try and relax that everything is perfect in there!

Very stressful and anxiety provoking for sure. There is a spotting poll on the PGAIF blog that is really reassuring. It's hard not to panic but if you can do something to spoil yourself and keep your feet up, spotting can be normal

Thanks, guys. I spotted a lot at the beginning with my first pregnancy, and that turned out fine, so I hope this is just more of the same. I panicked a bit at finding a bit of tissue on the toilet paper this morning. Just a tiny bit of pink or brown when I wipe since then, so hopefully it was a one time thing.
Sometimes I wish I could peek into the future a year from now for 10 seconds to see if I have a baby or not, and then I could relax right now.

Ugh... Today was my second day of the "hungry but everything I think about eating makes me want to vomit" thing. I know I won't feel better til I eat but there is literally nothing I want to eat

I had this with ds1. I lived on mashed potato bowls from KFC, ginger ale, and saltines. I strongly recommend Zofran.

kfc=genious. Was going to stop on the way home but I seemed to have misplaced both my debit and credit card... So is being totally irresponsible also a legit side effect of pregnancy?

It is an unfortunate side effect. And it improves very little after birth...
