I made these stuffed peppers last night. I've made them several times and I'm always changing up the recipe so bear with me. I omit the mint because I'm not a huge fan and I use veggie stock instead. Kristykristyleelee your recipe inspired me to try my own crust, but I had no crisco and barely any butter so I found this one using coconut oil.. its bangin! Its not supper time yet but Jazz and I are snacking on the edges lol

It was so good veggiemo.. I can't wait to use this crust to make apple pie! The texture is a bit dense/not as flaky as some but I like a sturdy crust lol.
