The Good: Weight staying where it is, though I do wish it would drop it's better then it going back up.
The Bad: I want all the pumpkin pie and I've been struggling to keep myself to one tiny sliver a day
The Proud: Doesn't have to do with being healthy completely, but I have avoided candy and stayed low stress AND managed to get 100% on my latest nursing exam!
The Plan: Try to fit in more walks. It's been so hard with the long strange hours and the fact that it's getting darker earlier, but I really need to try.
QOTW: I do decorate. I had H pull the halloween stuff out this weekend but I was too busy studying to decorate yet.
The Good: H has decided that he is tired of me complaining about my weight, so he has taken me on at the gym and is training me! It is kicking my butt and we are only on day two!
The Bad: I had buffalo chicken pizza for dinner tonight...
The Proud: Gym twice in two days! tomorrow it will be three.
The Plan: Keep at it with H, and just pray that I can stay focused.
QOTW: I LOVE to decorate for all the things. Since being in the new house I don't have much to fill it... but slowly I'm working on it.
4furrypaws I can tell that he is fighting the urge to go into full-on trainer mode. He has been doing great so far. Here's hoping it stays this way. Lol!
