Every year, my city hosts the world's largest open art competition every September/October. Over 1500 artists compete and 400,000 people attend.
It just wrapped up for the year, and I've been toying with the idea of doing a large installation on miscarriage and child loss next year. It's still in the super conceptual stage, but I'm thinking it would be mixed media comprised of prayer flags, letters to our children, u/s photos, and whatever else people would like to share of their lost babies. I know for sure the centerpiece will be an empty crib, painted dark grey, with a broken heart on a canvas where the mattress would be.
Is this something you could see yourselves participating in? As in you could write/decorate/photograph something and mail it to the admin team for inclusion?

I think this is a great idea and I would take part in it. I'd be happy to share our u/s photo and/or write a letter. I think this is a beautiful thing to do.
