Hello you busy momma's! Work days seem pass by in a flash.  

Not much to report on.  My lunch was an attempt to eat healthy but was so blah, I ended up buying chips and salsa to go with it. It was still blah. I have a craving for something but don't know what. 

I met with HR this morning. She gave me good news but I'm taking it with a grain of salt.  Another company handles our STD so I'm calling them today to get more info. HR basically said I get paid for the 3 month's I'm out (first at 100% and then 60%).  It'll be great if that's true. 

Maybe I'll buy a pop.

Starting our return trip home. 7+ hours of driving today, another hotel stay, and then 4 or so hours home tomorrow. Lo is already passed out in his car seat. He didn't even last 5 minutes after we pulled away.
The wedding reception was really nice last night. They had bubbles and coloring books for the kiddos. It was a little hard to have adult conversations with lo wanting to run all over the place, but it was still fun. My baby in a suit. ❤

LO is sick. It started yesterday, and progressed into a full blown drippy nose, sneezing, and a fever. She coughs every so often, but I think it's because of snot running down the back of her throat as opposed to it being irritated. Lots of liquids, cuddling, and medicine. Poor baby.

We put an offer on another house. It had everything we liked, besides a big lot. The yard is still decent sized because of the way the house is laid out. We did like another house, but chose this one. The other one was expected to get several offers, and would most likely go up in price. We would have paid the same price for a slightly bigger house, but it needed work and had no air conditioning. We figured this would be a better deal. Exciting!

Nothing else going on today. It's sunny, but really windy. We are not going anywhere. With hair as long and fine as mine, it would turn into an eagle's nest out there.

After all the wake ups in the beginning of the nigh she finally went to sleep. She woke up super snotty but in otherwise good spirits.

We've been on base for several hours running errands. We're at our last stop to get a new ID card and thank the Monday gods she's passed out in her stroller.



Now if I could just magically make some food appear. I'm starvingggggg.

Happy Monday everyone! We had a great weekend baby-free in Maine. I missed LO but we haven't been without him since I was pregnant!
He missed me so much he was up for the day at 3:50 am. Ugh!

I'm sitting in my driveway eating a burrito because I'm afraid if I get little bug out of her car seat she won't go back to sleep. And she needs to sleep.

Been there. Once, I met my bro for lunch and LO feel asleep on the way there. I made him hang out in the parking lot with me, almost 45 minutes.

She finally woke up. Her temp is up to 100.7. So we're now snuggled up on the couch.

It's going to be a long night for homework.

The a/c is back on. I've been up the last 2hrs opening windows and doors trying to cool off the house.
