My company is announcing layoffs the next few months. I hope they don't consider letting me go since I'll be out on maternity leave. You know, in case I sue them.

At clinicals today. DH took the day off to watch lo so I could come.

So I'm interested to see how he feels about his dose of stay-at-home parenting. Haha

Lo is a wreck today. Nose still running and mad at the world. It's pouring too. Definitely a stay home and cuddle day.

I'm struggling at work today due to the late night at the comedy show. It was nice though me and DH got to eat at a nice fancy restaurant beforehand. DD was still sleeping by the time I got to MIL's house this morning and she was a cranky whiney mess the whole way to DC. I may or may not have bribed her with a new Paw Patrol toy after work. DH will not be pleased. I'm hoping she forgets but she has such a steel memory! Oh and it's pouring out too! I'm off tomorrow for an appointment so today is my Friday which is nice!

ourcrazynavylife how is LO's rash today? Hoping it's nothing serious and goes away soon! It's going on four weeks of a yeast rash for DD and it just doesn't want to go away 😩 Debating on taking her back in to the pedi to get a different cream?

And I'm not sure since she's home with DH. I didn't see her bootie before I left.

littlelion YESSSS!!! I found out in the craziness at the end of August of finding out I was KU and flying by myself with the toddler. Idk if I actually posted it. Haha

littlelion I know we're soooo relieved. I'm a teeny bit sad because I'd love to get back to the east coast to be with my family. But, I mean Cali is closer to home than Japan or Guam so I'll take it. And all of DH's PD/Sheriff's Dept hiring processes are going really well.

Sigh. Lo woke up after only an hour. He's so sad. No fever, just a runny nose. He looks so miserable. We're cuddled up on the couch watching It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.

@rizzo can you sneak in an extra coffee this afternoon? I agree with ourcrazynavylife. Lo had yeast last year and it didn't take nearly as long to clear up.

LO and I went to Wal-Mart with my mom this morning. She had to pick up LO's Christmas present, and I just wanted to get out. Found a present for LO myself. Overall, a decent trip.
LO had a nap. Now we're hanging out upstairs. DH worked from home today and his "office" is downstairs.
We should check the garden since we had freezing warnings last night.

Doctor called back and is adding a low dose steroid cream that is also an anti fungal. Doubt it will be ready tonight but will start it tomorrow morning. She is hopeful it will knock the remaining yeast off. Glad I don't have to bring her in tomorrow at least. Hope this does the trick!

She's just so "whiney" and "needy". And she just picks at her food all day and then demands more.

Do you think Em's rash could be miliaria?? I was looking up more pictures of molluscum and the bumps don't really look the same.

I'm just thinking since she had that little fever and she gets all sweaty whenever she's hot and it's been warmer the past few days ? ? ?

kcrus no I only got to see her briefly last night. It's very distinct red bumps that are pimply in appearance. They look like they have little white heads on them.
