It's 40° here, makes me want to stay in bed. That and I was up motn. My sister is supposed to stop by sometime this weekend so I should make us (& the house) presentable.

I'm so fucking pissed right now. I posted a video a couple days ago of Em eating a candy bar that my family sent her.

Well I had told my aunt the last time I talked to her that we were considering taking Em in for a speech eval since she still wasn't saying much.

Well same aunt had the FUCKING NERVE to ask my mom if we'd taken Em in for her eval. And after watching the video basically said that I don't interact well with my child and that's why she's not talking.

My head is literally about to pop off. I think that's literally the rudest thing someone has said to me about me being a mother.

Well one of my nieces was running a fever started Thursday night but no other symptoms, so I decided to leave LO at home but still come to my sister's. I'm just going to go back home first thing in the morning, bc I do miss spending time with my guy.
We went to the pumpkin patch yesterday. I know we have an October/fall AW thread, but lazy right now.

I am working today and I feel like a horrible wife/mother... LO has yet to go back to his crib and it is more because I am selfish and love the cuddles/snuggles that we get when we are in bed... but it is taking a toll on my relationship with hubby... so I need to make it a point to start putting him in his bed when we get back from Disney...

laceysbryan good call leaving LO home- we spent the night in the ER with LO screaming bloody murder for TWO HOURS STRAIGHT with a full body rash and fever of 104. Scared me to death-started with just a plain ol fever and no other symptoms. I think she got it from her yoga class- another kiddo there had the same thing and his mom brought him anyway (THANKS FOR THAT). She's still droopy and miserable today, but all the scary things are ruled out. I hope you and your LO stay clear of any bugs! Super cute pics, btw!

Parenting has a thread from rizzo called Halp! & basically she was identified as a possible troll. Orig bmb was S14 then she tried to get in to D14 private board and apparently then made her way to us. She had 2 other sn's and crazy family drama. Attention seeker?

I've never brought up a private board because I don't feel unsafe even with crazy trolls. Worst case scenario someone takes leo's pics and passes him off as their own? I'm a big scaredy cat, but I'm more afraid of ghosts or burglars than internet stalkers. I try not to give away too much personal info like location. Am I being naive? What are your thoughts/concerns?

I find this so strange. What's the point of joining a board, asking for us to introduce ourselves then deleting your account a couple days later?! I'm not super concerned about privacy either; i try not to give away too many specific details, but have never been worried enough to take down pics. I'm kinda glad I didn't take the time to respond to her post now, it's just so weird.

That's so weird. She did seem very much like a troll so I didn't engage, plus I'm a bad Jan15 mom these days and lurk more than post lol. It's really odd and I don't think anyone gave too much info.

DH is kinda in the doghouse today. He got white girl wasted at the wedding last night and basically made an ass of himself.

On a bright side. We're having a very rare rainy day here so I took Em out to see it. Freaking adorable.

I don't know how to create a private board, but I would be in if that's what other people want to do. I do find it a bit strange that there are hundreds of views on our posts considering we're pretty boring/ don't have a lot of drama lol.

We've been ODing on fall activities over here, definitely my favorite time of year. F loved painting/carving the pumpkins we picked on a trip with her baby friends last weekend

It's always weirded me out that an 8 post thread can have 100+ views. I do read posts without posting myself, but not that many times. lol

I am not tech savvy. I'm not on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, nothing. Too many trolls for my liking. This is it. My family posts photos of LO all over Facebook all the time, but I can't control that. I would be down for a private board, just because it would make me feel better.

Went out to breakfast this morning with the IL's. We took them to a restaurant we really liked, but the service sucked today. I felt bad having that be their first impression.
Nothing going on tonight. Don't know if I should cook or push to go out to eat.

Totally late to the weekend party. It's been a crazy 3 days. Friday I spent the day frantically cleaning because the IL'S were coming to babysit so dh and I could go to a friend's surprise party.

Saturday we packed up and took a mini road trip to visit a different friend. Her youngest is lo's age. We took the kids to this place that was like the Disney Land of apple orchards. So many different things for the kids to do. Lo loved it.

Today we packed up early and came home in time for me to get to a baby shower. I'm absolutely beat.

As far as a private board I'm down with whatever the group wants. Sometimes stuff like the rizzo weirdness creeps me out.
