I'm curious where everyone is with exercising right now. I did a FET so I was limited to walking and yoga from transfer until my ultrasound last week. The RE said I can start to get back into my routine of light weights too as long as I listen to my body. Problem is I have no energy. Interested to hear what other people are doing.
Literally nothing right now due to nausea and exhaustion. I'm hoping to go on walks and hikes once I start feeling better again, but otherwise will probably take it pretty easy since only light exercise is recommended with twins.
I don't really have a ton of symptoms yet (only 5 weeks) so I've been keeping up with my regular stuff. I stayed pretty active last time so I'm hoping I can keep it up!
Also not many symptoms here so still running 3-4 times per week. Hoping to keep that up along with yoga and light weights a couple times a week. Oh, and I play tennis 2-3 times each week.

I do Spin 2-3 times a week and some other cardio/weight lifting classes but having to modify a lot lately which is fine ! I've been trying to get to yoga but haven't been able to! I need it in my life! Trying this week! Hopefully I can continue for most of my pregnancy. Don't wanna have to loose 75 lbs again !

I havent been doing anything, mostly because I had 2 early losses and am terrified of the same thing happening again, so I have just been taking it easy.

This is me too-I am terrified to do anything, which brings knownos silly but it is what it is for me!!!
I was exercising several times a week a couple weeks ago, but I am so exhausted right now it's been hard. I am trying to last walk and do yoga when I am tired.
kudos to those of you keeping up with a routine! i have struggled to get back into a routine since having DD in 2015. weight lifting used to be a huge part of my identity (which i realize may sound lame), but i just can't seem to get back to it. fortunately i am pretty active just from chasing my kid around, but i would like to fit in some formal exercise too. once my huge test is over (11/15), i will definitely prioritize at least 2 formal workouts per week.

Other than family walks, I'm not doing too much right now. I've got a fairly active job depending on the day, so that helps, but I should probably be working on being a little more active.

Working out after eating only a piece of toast with sun butter was a bad plan... Cue all the nausea and dizziness. The protein bar I had in my purse may have been an even worse idea.
