DS2 is 4 months and it seems like I'm well on my way to an over supply again. I work ft and pump once before I leave and twice at work (3x in a 12 hour period). DS is generally eating about 13 oz at D.C. And occasionally 16. I am pumping 20 ounces a day. I also am having to pump in the morning on weekends because I'm super engorged. So I'm freezing over 30 ounces a week.
When DS BFs, he is done in 4 minutes. I think 6 is the longest he's ever nursed. I'm currently pumping 15-20 mins per session based on all of the advice I can find. Generally, the bottles are full after 4-6 minutes and I just pump until the timer goes off. So I'm thinking about cutting down to 10 minutes per session. Is this okay? If I start falling behind I can always bump it back up right?

Unless you're trying to increase supply (which you're clearly not) then just pump until the flow stops and/or the bottles are full. It sounds like you have a pretty brisk let-down and fast flow. I wish I could just pump for 4-6 min and be done!
Yeah I always had a fast letdown and flow. E nurses for about 5min and I was able to pump in about 10. My supply didn't decrease until about 9months. And by then I had so much frozen it wasn't an issue.
