Week/Size of Baby: 21 weeks baseball hall/baby bok choy
Symptoms: just started w the back pain and pelvic pain, random pulls of RL too. But other than that doing ok, especially tired today
Appts: next is belly check in nov then GD in dec
To Do's: mostly clean and really want to convince my DH in moving DS into the playroom which would mean organizing playroom first.
Rants/Raves/Randoms: have been so emotional this pregnancy it's getting much worse, and my urge to get thing don't is really bad so I get upset when ppl/DH tell me I have plenty of time. Yes I do but I don't want to do a lot of this when I'm hugely pregnant, plus the holidays will make time fly!
QOTW: What is your favorite Halloween candy? I am a Willy wonka brand lover not so much the chocolate stuff. Lately my favorite candy has been the spicy Mexican kind though.

I think I forgot to check in yesterday...
Week/size: 16w twins, action figures
Symptoms: today I'm unusually tired but I think it's just a fluke. I've actually been feeling really great.
Appts: AS on 11/9
To dos: start planning sex reveal party for 11/12. That's when we will find out the sexes. I thought it would be fun to find out at the party with everyone else.
RRR: I feel kind of conflicted. SIL brought a ton of baby stuff and maternity clothes over last weekend. But most of it is from her first daughter who is 10 years old and has since been thru 5 kids. And it's all stained and beat up looking. She gave us a swing that I tried cleaning twice but it's still not in the best shape. But I feel like if I don't use it or have it out she will ask when she comes over. She also wants to bring another load of stuff over next week. Do I politely decline? Suck it up and take what she offers? I feel selfish for wanting newer stuff. I've bought some things at garage sales and consignment sales but I always search high and low for the newest/cleanest.
QOTW: I don't have a favorite Halloween specific candy but Reese's pieces are my favorite candy in general.

mustloveerica - Don't feel selfish for wanting new stuff for the babies! I was the same with R - he's our first and I just had a strong desire for new stuff for him.
I would be willing to use hand me down clothes from certain people, but they would have to be in good shape and clean. I'd go through what she gave you, keep anything that might be worth keeping (if there's anything in good enough shape), then just thank her and offer to give back the things you don't think you'll use.
