I'm studying at my desk before my coworkers get here this morning. I have a test tonight and didn't get nearly as much done last night as I needed to - got a filling after work, got home to LO not fed or bathed, bedtime was a shit show... not fun.
Glad it's Wednesday though! DH and I have a run on Saturday morning that neither one of us is entirely trained for (15k) and then a date night planned for that evening, so I'm rrrrrreally looking forward to this work week being over.

Life is crazy and beyond stressful over here the last few weeks (or always, I guess). I am drowning in schoolwork and am hoping to get some extra stuff done this evening once everyone is in bed. I cannot wait for this semester to be over!!

Hope all the mamas are hanging in there.

kcrus hang in there lady!! I literally can not wait until Christmas. Back to back spring-summer-fall semesters is killing me.

Busy morning here. We haven't had a car all week, so we've been going for walks. Today, we went and got coffee, bought fruit and cheese sticks at the grocery store, then stopped at the park/playground. We ran into a mommy group, all kiddos younger than LO. They let us jump in and play, LO was constantly hugging a little girl that was there. I would've taken a picture, but wanted to respect the mom and kiddo. (Not my place to put their pic online.) We stayed for an hour, I thanked the moms for letting us join their "party", and then walked home. LO was so tired, she went down for a nap right at noon.

Now I'm relaxing because that was incredibly tiring. I should fold laundry, but... eh. lol

On a side note: I LOVE wintertime only because it's when I stock up on pine scented candles. I wish they were available year round. The smell of fir trees calms me down and makes me happy.

Hey Hey! We went to a local farm this morning with our MOPS group and now I'm home and DS is napping. We have a halloween themed run tonight and DS is going to be Ace Ventura Pet Detective. H and I are lame and not dressing up. Costumes are expensive and we are not crafty.

Spent a really nice morning at the library. There was another little girl there a year older than lo. They played so nicely together! Lo was having fun "cooking" with the play kitchen. I'm so excited to give him his for Christmas.
It's been raining and sleet in all day. I keep trying to spot snowflakes, but I haven't seen any yet. All my friends are bitching about the weather and I'm over here like a kid on Christmas morning.
At the park yesterday. "Cooking." Wtf, mom. Why is there ice falling from the sky?
