J is having a REALLY hard time with gas and pooping. Like thrashing ans constantly squirming tring to get relief hard time. We bought gripe water and that seemed to help a little bit at first but now im not seeing a difference. Anyone else? Got any good ideas or advice? Little man is so uncomfortable amd I don't know what to do.
Our pedi recommended Gerber probiotic drops. After about two weeks I seen a huge difference. It has really helped her digestive system. The gripe water didn't work for us.

We've just been using the thermometer for really bad gas or poop issues as recommended by the pediatrician along with gas drops and gripe water. It's the old school windy. Just be careful you don't push on the thermometer. I almost started with probiotics (hello $$$) but her issues went away except for occasional bouts that I think are caused by something I eat (weirdly enough flax seed seems to be a culprit so no more lactation cookies!) Have you tried tummy massages? There are a bunch of YouTube tutorials out there for helping with digestion. We do the 'I love you tummy massage' quite often and always get a bunch of gas after it.
Me: 28, all tests normal DH: 34, very low count, motility, morphology DX - MFI 11/14/09 - Married 01/01/14 - TTC #1 01/06/15 - Started working with RE 04/06/15 - Recommendation - straight to IVF w/ICSI 09/04/15 - Started working with new RE Nov/Dec 15 - IVF w/ ICSI #1 - 11R/8F - 1 transferred, 3 frozen
I've been doing tummy massages and it works sometimes. I used gas drops all the time when my toddler was a baby and I think they had more of a calming effect on me...the idea that I was doing something.
K started having massive gas issues about a week ago. It comes and goes. Her pedi says as long as she's still having regular bowel movements and is actually farting periodically it's probably just her digestive system adjusting.
Things that have helped: - Making sure her head is above her stomach while eating - Only stopping to burp her when she's transitioning between things (like from one boob to the other, or from boob to bottle). My MIL stops feeding her to burp her every ounce or so, and it not only drives K crazy but she seems gassier when MIL has been doing most of the feedings... - bicycle kicks and tummy rubs - tummy time when she's at her gassiest
Haven't tried the gas drops or any sort of butt stimulation device.

Well after some research it looks like his multivitamin can cause gas, upset stomach colored poop and other things all of which he's having trouble with it's also the only change in his meds since coming home and he was pooping fine in the hospital. So we're gong to try and change that and see what happens
