I laughed for a full 15 minutes about this- first of all, my kids have giant heads. GIANT. A's head circumference is only 1in smaller than mine.

Anyway, they were adult size from Amazon. I put As on over his helmet. For W, I wanted to preserve it because we'll use it again someday, so I took it in an inch on either side and just used staples to hold it, then covered it with duct tape in in case it came loose.

Lol my boys have huge heads too but they were still super big. Ohh I saw them on amazon but walmart had them both for like $13 total :thumbup: . I used safety pins but E-my luigi has the smaller head and wouldn't keep it on for the life of him. I plan to have them grow into the hats too. Over a helmet is a smart idea, I was going to put a winter hat under for a better fit, but I didn't.

It's funny, when they were born they looked completely different! But now that M has filled out a lot, especially in his face, they are starting to look much more similar.

Yes Damian is four pounds heavier than Laurel who is a pound lighter than Gwendolyn. He has always been bigger since the girls shared a placenta and he had his own. The pediatrician just took him off the high calorie formula and said that we didn't have to fortify his breastmilk anymore. The girls are staying on it so they might start to catch up.

It's crazy how they change. At birth, A looked like MH and W looked so much like my mom we had to warn my family members (my mom passed a few years ago). Now A looks like me and W looks so much like her daddy it's crazy. Around 6m they looked so alike, I have pics where I really have to look at their clothing to tell who is who
