Is there a chapter on toddler sleep problems in the Ferber book? Or anyone have any recommendations for a good sleep book I can read so I can stop feeling crappy about DS being a crappy sleeper??

Like what kind of help are you looking for? Chapter 5 I think in Ferber is about toddler sleep.
Speaking of sleep. Do most convertible cribs need a kit to make it a toddler bed or how does that work? I don't remember the name of our crib and I think it's time to convert it ðŸ˜
emmygirl do you watch True Life? I caught the end of an episode last night and was so confused. It was I'm a Cyborg. MTV is running out of ideas and people are weird.

This. I don't know what chapter it's in, but there is stuff in there on toddler sleep.

Haha I do! I haven't watched it yet but the preview was very odd. Do those people really exist?!
emmygirl, do you remember where you got it? They might be able to help you. I ordered my toddler rails over a year after we bought her crib, we got the full size rails but forgot to order the toddler. I forgot the name of our crib too but was able to find it online looking at where we got the crib.
We got it from Walmart. I searched through pictures and I'm almost positive it's the Graco Lauren. There's no official spot that says it but the comments say you just take the front panel off and have the mattress at the lowest setting so I guess we'll try that. I'm thinking a weekend is the best time to try it out to start?
emmygirl, We just took off the side of the crib and used a bed rail they sell. I found that the conversion kits for the cribs were between 75-100 and the rail I got was 5. Maybe that would work for you as well.

This is how both of our graco cribs are; no toddler rail to swap in. If we do that someday I'll probably get one of the mesh bed rails so she doesn't fall out.

I have this. Helped me a ton when we were in sleep hell with DD1.

Thanks! I will check that one out too. Feeling desperate and guilty for letting his crappy sleep habits go on this long.
I feel so bad for DD. She barely has a voice and her cough sounds like it's ripping her throat up. Hopefully the meds kick in soon and we both get sleep tonight.

Poor girl. Strep is awful. 😞 feel better girly!
Nope. I can't tell you how many times he's sat on the toilet, asks for the toilet, then does nothing. He has never done a thing on the toilet. FFTC: I don't really care. Maybe I'll care more when the thought of diapering two really hits me.

Diapering two infants I think would be hell. I have not found the toddler and newborn to be bad at all.
Not here. Though he has started announcing "I have surprise for you mommy" and then turning around and shaking his poopy butt at me. Maybe it's time…
Haven't even started or tried at all. We do own two potties, though. They sit unused, sometimes used as a toy. Lol
+1 our potty is typically a dolly potty or pool but once used once as her potty. Haven't put too much into it. She sits on the toilet at school but won't go near it at home.
