11/7 6-12mo check in - new leader needed!

Hi guys! We need a new leader here we're graduating to EBF in a couple weeks as we turn 1 in less than 3 weeks now, so I thought we'd search for a new leader now! Anyone up for it?

GTKY: what are you looking forward to most about Thanksgiving??

How old is baby? 11.5mo. our birthday is the 26th.. less than 3 weeks! Ahhhh!
How often are you nursing? Solids? Nursing 4-6, solids all day
How are nights? 1-2 ups a night. Hohhhh boy.
How is pumping/nursing going? Moving down to one pump to coincide with the 1 bottle she still asks for during the day.
Q/rants/raves; my nipples are sore! New latch? Guhhh

GTKY: what are you looking forward to most about Thanksgiving?? Food!

How old is baby? 8 months
How often are you nursing?Solids? She has a cold, so
I feel like we are nursing all the time. My nipples are sore from her latching funny as she tries to breathe. Solids 3 meals a day.
How are nights? Last night she was only up once! It was probably a fluke, but last week I was barely functioning we were up so much, so I'll take it. Hopefully it stays this way!
How is pumping/nursing going? Ok. Sore nips, but not horrible and I'm using nipple butter on them. Pumping only once a day to donate.
Q/rants/raves: the cold from hell needs to leave our house.

GTKY: what are you looking forward to most about Thanksgiving?? The Gilmore Girls revival on Friday.

DD is 6.5 months

We are NOD which equates to every 2-3 hours during the day and 1-3 times a night. Solids are once a day. She keeps getting constipated though so it's been challenging. Poor girl.

My nipples are killing me from her yanking her head and moving so much which nursing. I don't know how I can fix that. She is just sooooo wiggly!

Nights are ok. 1-3 wake ups and no consistency so that is a little annoying but no big deal.

Pumping is fine. I only pump once in the AM.

Rants: we are all snotty, coughing messes which sucks.

GTKY: I'm looking forward to taking DD to family stuff and also pumped for Gilmore Girls!

Margs is 11 months on Friday! She wants to nurse every 2-3 hours when we are together, but is easily distracted by solid food on the weekend now. Still taking a ton of milk and food at daycare. Still pumping 3x a day at work and once on weekends when I get engorged (I have a tiny freezer stash due to having to dump it so frequently as I take more out of my diet). Well crap, just realized I am getting ready to take out rice, legumes, and oats (all triggers for my LO), so I guess we'll be going back down to no stash soon.

GTKY: this year we are celebrating with friends. I think it will be nice to do something different!

How often are you nursing? Solids? NOD. Solids 1-2 times a day.

How are nights? Mostly 2 feeding wake ups, sometimes 3. We are working on it very gently. I would love for it to be 1 feeding
Overnight

How is pumping/nursing going? Nursing is great. You would think by 8 months LO would no the shirt has to come off before she can latch. Lol, I can never seem to get my boob out fast enough for her.

Q/rants/raves LO potentially had a reaction to something she ate on Sunday. She had some blood in her poop. We were at the doc yesterday, they aren't really sure what's going on and said it's a reaction common to much younger babies but it's prob food related. We are back to just fruits and veggies for 10 days and then can try reintroducing dairy, gluten, etc to see if anything triggers. No more blood but LO is still pooping non stop, so hopefully it clears up soon!

GTKY: what are you looking forward to most about Thanksgiving?? We are going home for 8 days!!! Seeing friends and family, and also having grand parents to babysit. We are definitely going to the movies at least once!

How often are you nursing? Solids? NOD 4-6x a day still I think, and usually once MOTN.

How are nights? Eh. All over the place. We had a really good stretch for a while after working with a sleep coach but it's gone off the rails again. He's over the cold he had last week, so we're working hard to get back to where we were. Last week was awful, this week is slightly better...

How is pumping/nursing going? Good! I still pump 4x a day the days I work, 3x a day when I WFH. I'll start dropping pumps slowly after we reach a year. Nursing is better now that he's over that cold, I was really panicky and sad thinking that he was trying to wean last week (I think he was just getting frustrated with how hard it was to nurse when he couldn't breathe through his nose).

GTKY: what are you looking forward to most about Thanksgiving?? Food! Last year I was super pregnant and had no room for all the delicious food. I'm also looking forward to LO getting to try everything this year. He's so into eating whatever we are!

How are nights? I'm going to jinx myself but since starting solids DS has been giving me 7+ hour stretches which is about as close to sttn that he's ever had. I hope it continues but I'm not going to hold my breath.
How is pumping/nursing going? Good!

GTKY: what are you looking forward to most about Thanksgiving?? Finally being "done" with all the weddings, bridal showers, traveling, etc.
