I'm also trying to get my husband on board for the early Christmas decorating, since this baby could come at any moment (unlikely, but possible). We did thanksgiving with his family at our house today, so I feel like early thanksgiving should equal early decorating, right!?

Oh for sure. Christmas decorating starts the day after Thanksgiving for us. So totally valid.
I'm a grinch. Christmas stuff does not go up until thanksgiving or Black Friday
This is usually my MO but this year I'm feeling like doing it earlier, probably because I still have some energy vs trying to hang exterior lights at 34 weeks pregnant after Thanksgiving.
My DH is not into holidays so he tolerates my decorating but won't really help. Though he probably would this year out of pity

Quiet football day here. I got to sleep in this morning and now I feel a little shitty because I let my blood sugar get too low before lunch. About to leave for a prenatal lactation consultant appointment.

My decorating when I was pregnant with DS1 (January baby) was limited. I just didn't have the energy to do it
This thread inspired me to put on the year without a Santa Claus (my favorite Christmas movie). DS1 took a single look at santa and screamed, then hid his face. Year two of no santa for us!
I have a small cherry pie that I bought on Friday. I really should have a slice...maybe with some ice cream.
I just had a piece of pink and blue cake and a big glass of milk. Check out this cake my mom made yesterday. It's pink velvet and blue velvet layers. So cute. She added the cotton candy to the top after the reveal.
I jinxed myself. After saying I was feeling better I had a pretty decent asthma attack followed by an hour and a half nap. Then I ate. Then I threw up because I can't keep anything down.
All of this sounds awful. I'm sorry friend. Well except the nap. I'm supportive of the nap.
