I'm glad people are brainstorming for solutions to this problem. This idea has some problems (keyless cars, the high number of deaths caused by parents who "leave the kids in the car while bringing in groceries" and then forget they did so after the groceries are inside) but it's a good start.
I'm more impressed with the process they described while coming up with it. It showed a good way to help children without doing the work for them.
The video was really cute, you can tell mom and daughter are both very proud. Good work!
I have heard of the "shoe trick"? Where you put one shoe on the floor of the back seat of the car with the baby, so you have to retrieve it once arriving to your destination.
