I had my midwife appointment today and everything went well. Also did my glucose test so fx I pass that. Never failed before and don't want to start now. Just like all my other kids, baby is super high up and giant. I'm 27 weeks measuring 31. I was hoping to get one normal 8lb (or less) baby. She was really surprised how high baby was. I don't know why my children love to huddle up near my lungs.
So, I guess we are doing a party now. The original plan was to do cake / celebration at each family thanksgiving but now that apparently isn't good enough. I told DH he can go ahead and plan it then - we'll see what happens. Pictures are Sunday and the rash finally looks like it is clearly up so hopefully we get some great shots! I'm nervous cause F is still fully in stranger danger mode and I have no idea how he will handle photographers, lol

I think C actually told me he wanted to go to bed tonight. After i got him in his jammies, he walked over to his crib and grabbed his blankie off the edge of it. He then walked over to the glider and started screaming. I'm currently rocking and nursing him.

That is AWESOME. I mean I'm sure you could do without the screaming

littleredfish, holy shit it's already time for your glucose test?!??! I'm happy for you that you passed! But good lord, woman.
H is bumming around with some kind of foot injury. Maybe like tendinitis or something. His foot is totally swollen and awful looking, and a cortisone shot didn't offer any relief. So while I'm at the honor orchestra tomorrow, my sister is going to come take care of E here while H stays in the back of the house with his foot propped up. I'm just so glad she's available.
Tomorrow evening we have a family thing. Guess we won't be staying long.
G spent his first evening with a babysitter other than family. Teenaged sisters - I guess he pooped and while they were trying to change him, he wiggled away and got poop everywhere. The one girl was so grossed out she puked... oops. I hope that didn't scare them away. Lol

Edit- remove LOs name
Bahahahaha! I would NEVER have admitted that if I was babysitting! Poop is not gross enough for puke, I hope they cleaned up?

Ya. They cleaned up. It was at a friends house (they were watching her son too).
I think the puke was more about him sitting in it and squishing it. That and it was orange (he had eaten sweet potatoes lol) I didn't ask too many questions. Lol.
