We hung up our Christmas lights today. Hopefully they stay up better this year. The one around our big bay window kept falling down last year. So this time we built a wood frame to just screw straight into the house. That should work out better. But I'm not allowed to turn them on or decorate inside until after thanksgiving. Boo.

Aww, sorry about the sad dreams jennykat &akraus2015 & littlelion I had a bad one earlier in the pregnancy and I woke up sobbing.
W & mustloveerica yay Christmas stuff! I'm hoping to go to OSH and check out their stuff, their doing a 'we pay the sales tax' and I have a coupon. I want an artificial tree for the first time.
Yesterday we went to a holiday parade with a friend and her toddler daughter. It was rainy and cold (for California) but the kids seemed to have fun.
I got to sleep in today, made breakfast, and now it's football and laundry day.

Boooo! Our lights are up. We haven't turned them on yet though. The decor is Christmas inside though we are watching Home Alone 2 now.
We started decorating today, since we did Thanksgiving with the in-laws last week. Aaaaaannnnnd then I found out that my parents and grandmother are actually coming for regular Thanksgiving this week. NBD, I'll just be 37 weeks pregnant. Thankfully they won't make me do anything, but still. Wowza.
