I am a SAHM and have pumped once a day first thing in the AM since DD was 8 weeks so I could have an emergency supply/daddy bottles. I pump 3-6 oz. DD is now 7 months and my freezer is full so I think I feel good dropping the pump session and NOD only and using the freezer stash we have.
How do I go about dropping the pump session? Do I just stop doing it?

You could just stop cold turkey and hand express for comfort if you're too full.
However, I'm very prone to clogged ducts and mastitis so I would gradual drop it. Pump for 15 minutes the first day, 13 the next, then 11 until you're not pumping at all. Sometime like that would work better for me.
