Heading over to my parents in a couple of hours to cook the turkeys and rolls. My poor MIL has 2 ovens and they both quit. Thank goodness my parents live 5 minute away, and we're all spending today together.

Ate pasta for lunch. Dinner is at 3:30 pm at my sisters. None of us could wait that long. I'm sure I can eat a little something again. Esp the chocolate pecan pie.
Both turkeys in the oven, hoping for the best in those. One is already cooking and browning much faster than the other, so that's fun. Taking the side dishes back to my in laws to warm them up when the time comes. Rolls go in after the turkeys.
Everything turned out great. The stuffing was a little dry, but that's my fault. I know everyone has their preference of crunchy vs soggy, and I was trying to go somewhere in the middle. My MIL said I "failed" because it tasted so good, now I'm "hired" for every Thanksgiving.
