I've seen advice many places to get your toddler a baby doll to arrive at the same time as your new baby so they can mimic your care of baby and feel involved. I think this is a great idea and would like to buy one for H.
She had a few basic dolls already she enjoys carrying around, but I would like to get one with accessories, specifically a stroller, bottle and maybe a high chair. I like bitty baby, but they are labeled for age 3 and up. Has anyone bought one before? Are there small pieces, can a smaller child use it?
I have been on a few toy websites and have not seen great options. So my question- does anyone have advice, suggestions, toy recommendations to share! I'm open and appreciative of any input you ladies can provide!
DD got a bitty baby for her first birthday and loved it but she does have a target Circo doll that I often mix up with the real Bitty Baby. She also likes the all plastic dolls because she likes taking them in the bath.

Thanks guys! I see a bitty baby in our future! I think they might just need matching outfits (H and bitty baby). I was just worried there could be choking hazards or other stuff I hadn't even considered!
My mother got A a Bitty Baby for Christmas. She loves the damn thing and carries it EVERYWHERE. Kisses it, hugs it, whole run. I think there are plenty of other hazards in terms of toys than the construction of those dolls.
