My weekend is ok. I've not been sleeping well lately. But I got all my Christmas shopping done yesterday so that's a relief. Now I have a goal of deep cleaning one room of the house every weekend until babies come. So I'm starting on our master bedroom today. I convinced DH to hire a house keeper after babies tho. He says if I continue to work part time we can hire someone to come once a month. I'm going to try to pressure him into once every 2 weeks. I keep things as clean as I can but a housekeeper would be sooooooooo fabulous.
We have been having a fun weekend celebrating my birthday. Technically it is today, but we did most of the celebrating yesterday. We went to the melting pot, which is a fondue restaurant, and it was so awesome! Today we are going to the mall to pick out our ornament, which has been a tradition since we got married. I am excited to pick out a Pregnancy one! We are also probably going out to dinner tonight but I haven't decided where for sure. I am doing a live video for Lularoe as well, so it's a pretty busy day! Oh, and it started snowing today, which I am not thrilled with.
I spent yesterday embarrassingly sick to my stomach while at a girls' night party at a friend's house, which really sucked. LSS it was a Stella & Dot trunk show and I'm the stylist so I couldn't really leave. It was awful all around.
Feeling better today so our plan is church, then taking LouDog to the pet store for Christmas photos, then cutting down our tree and decorating. Yay! I may throw in some baking if I'm feeling up to it. 😃

Also I'm feeling tons of "popcorn pops" yesterday and today. That's totes baby and not gas right? Mostly from baby Hs side. I don't think I've felt her before. I've been feeling something from Baby Es side for weeks. Mostly pokes. But this weekend is the first I've felt what I think is real kicks (popcorn). It's so exciting!!!!!!
I had the laziest day yesterday but had fun hanging out with friends.
Today we are trying to make up for being unproductive yesterday. H is sanding the kitchen countertops today so there'll be a lot of dusting and cleaning afterwards. He also put lights up outside and we may get a tree later today. He also says he is going to start working on the guest room/nursery floor but I plan on doing some online Christmas shopping instead.

I got the rest of my holiday decorations up yesterday and put the boxes back in the shed.
The rest of today is laundry and groceries and starting to wrap gifts that have already arrived from Amazon. And maybe Christmas shopping online for my family in NY that I won't see. And football on the couch in between. Our Raiders are playing my hometown Bills so I'm a little torn on loyalty this week.

We had a busy day yesterday. Did breakfast with santa in the morning and then went to the Festival of Lights at our local zoo last night.
Busted my butt this morning to do grocery shopping, chop veggies and brown ground turkey for tomorrow's chili, and finish up laundry. That means a lazy rest of the day which is fine by me! Especially because it's supposed to rain this afternoon.
Busy day today. We had planned to go cut our tree, but they're predicting 3+ inches of snow so we abandoned that idea. I've made ziti, baguettes, salad, and root beer cake for a friend with a new baby. We're dropping off dinner and hanging for a little bit before we head to another friend's holiday dinner. Yesterday we ran errands and did a ton of cleaning now I have energy again.

I hope someone delivers me some food when I have these babies. Specifically, I hope someone delivers me root beer cake.

I had to work yesterday and then H and I went shopping at Khol's and Target before scouting out the location of our maternity shoot. Which was bright and early at 7am this morning! It was beautiful out....and freezing. It was like, 26*F. It actually didn't seem awful but my elbows and toes were freezing by the end of it since I took them all in those super lightweight maternity gowns. My mom came along to help with DS, who ended up not wanting to take pictures for the first time ever and his hands were really hurting from the child at the end, and I'm so glad she came with. We get to see our pics in two weeks!
We had a very productive weekend since I am starting to feel better. Yesterday we bought our tree and decorated it as well as decorated the rest of the house (which isn't much). Today we did some Christmas shopping this morning and then watched the Patriots game. Now just relaxing and preparing for the week.
It's been a good weekend. I'm finally feeling better so I'm able to actually do things during the day. I got my massage yesterday and we had a great dinner. Today we shopped a bunch, and went to Babies R Us to check things out in person (though they didn't have the crib I want in store). I need to stop spending money, but it was a lot of fun. H and I haven't had "us" time in a while.
Now he's with friends while the dogs and I watch House Hunters. If I had a glass of wine, it'd be perfect
Happy birthday cateyes! I love your ornament tradition. I got all excited today because I remembered the baby will need a stocking.
Happy Sunday evening everybody. We went to babies r us and got registered, that was fun! We also picked up their coming homes outfits and a thing of bibs that says twin baby with the a and B colored in red. Today, more of a lazy day as my stomach is hurting.

I hope someone brings you food! I love to bake so always include a dessert. This friend loves root beer so it was perfect. Plus it's a bundt cake and super easy.
