+1 to being obsessed with dog, or really any animal.
Thanks to my dad, Jules is obsessed with watching YouTube. Sprout morning show songs are her fave. She brings me my phone or iPad and yells until I put it on. I've been trying hard to only use it if we are out and she's fussy.
+ a million to an obsession with dogs. He's been trying to hug the dog lately, Jilly has not been amused. He also points out EVERY dog we see, always. I think he sees more dogs when we're out for walks than our actual dog.
A slightly more quirky obsession is cow videos. Since he's been making animal sounds, H showed him a video of some cows on his computer. So now, anytime anyone remotely hints at even thinking about turning on the computer, he runs to the study, points, and moos until he gets a cow video.
S is also obsessed with animals. She calls everything a dog, though. :/
She also loves her big brother's tool bench. She carries the screwdrivers and hammers around the house.
She LOVES books.
SITB
The very first thing in the morning, after we take off his sleep sack, DS has been grabbing a book (normally his tractor book), and insisting you read it to him before ANYTHING else can happen that day. Heaven help you if it's a day care morning, and you actually have to try to do silly things like clothe him or feed him before getting out the door in a halfway timely manner without reading eleventy million books first.
+1 to the Wiggles! Like will grab my hand, drag me downstairs, stand in front of the tv and point at it and dance until I say "Wiggles?"
Also obsessed with the toilet. She wants to sit on it so often and take little pieces of toilet paper and wipe her bum for awhile then flush it. She never goes, just always the act of being there.I think she must think that's what we do haha.
The Elmo Calls app on my phone, The wheels on the bus song. and a Jewish Song about Shabbat (Friday night- Saturday night) we have a book that goes along with it and we have to tell her it went night night until Friday night!!

Food. Haha. We come downstairs, she runs to her high chair and once i take her down if I go near the kitchen she's right behind me saying "More more". I swear, I feed her all day long.
She is also obsessed with dogs and her big sister. She follows them both around all day long and they both get annoyed by her.
Right now, Christmas lights/decorations. As soon as we walk into Target or Meijer he flips his shit until we get to the Christmas areas. And our neighbors at the entrance of our driveway went all out with the lights. It's very nice to look at but any time I take LO out of the car at night he tears off down the driveway to go look at them. Then I have to carry him all the way back kicking and screaming, no matter how long I let him look.

"Tistis tee!" (Christmas tree)
"Gips!" (Grapes. He will hang on the door to the fridge because he knows they're in there)
"Mobo" ("motor boat motor boat go so slow..." ideally done while I'm spinning him around in a shopping cart, but just as good when done solely as a hand swinging game)
Jumping. Kid won't walk anywhere, he's constantly trying to jump/skip.
Pop Pops...which includes Lollipops and any snacks remotely in the shape of a ball. So I put Dum Dums on her advent calendar (though we only started on day 4 LOL) and I'm trying to use it to bribe her to eat healthy food throughout the day. (No Pop Pop if you don't eat some veggies!) It seems to be working so far.
She LOVES to brush her teeth.
And she can't get enough of Ring Around the Rosie!

DD loves books- specifically, pointing to everything in books saying "THAT?!" and we have to say what each thing is.
+ whatever to dogs. Except they're "puppa" to her. She's taken to trying to lift our dog around the middle lately, poor pup.
And of course Santa, the Christmas tree, and jingle bells. She has a pair of PJs with Santa on them and has a serious meltdown if she has to wear a different pair.
We watch a Marble Machine video on YouTube about 10 times a day. He asks to watch it the moment he wakes up. That and a video of fire trucks over and over and over. Thanks a lot H.
Mickey Mouse/Disney - my child now can identify the Disney logo which my graphic designing husband LOVES. She knows how to take my phone and open the Disney junior app and although she isn't talking much, she can tell us when she wants it on tv by signing more, pointing to the tv, & picking up one of her mickey figures. She finds mickey on packages (even tiny little ones), clothes, signs in the store...it's bad.
Curious George Soft blankets Brushing his teeth Watching me or DH use the potty (more so DH than me) Eek Halloween book (it's hiding under our couch) The ABC song Craisins Using a spoon/fork Cheese
A is obsessed with animals; he calls them all "turtle" except for our cat.
He is also obsessed with balls. We have a book with a picture of a soccer ball on every page and he points and says "ball" every time.
The biggest thing he's obsessed with now is books. More specifically a boom called "Walter the Farting Dog". My poor mother has read it at least thirty-forty times in the two days she's been here. Bet she never expected that. Apparently there are more books in the "Farting Dog" series. And a stuffed Walter that actually farts. I'm in trouble.
