Snoogle. It's amazing. www.amazon.com/Leachco-Snoogle-Total-Pillow-Ivory/dp/B0000635WI I used mine through my entire first pregnancy, then as part of a pillow fort while DD slept on her floor for several months (long story...she had sleep issues), and am loving it again this time. It's looking rough these days, but saves me.
I also have a snoogle and loved it. I didn't get it until I was about 6 months last time and will definitely be pulling it out sooner this time around.

I was reading on another message board a lot of the women were saying that their giant body pillows were great at first, but as they got bigger and had a harder time rolling over, the pillows became more of a nuisance. I just used 2 extra pillows when I was pregnant with DD. One between the knees and one to hold. I have also found a memory foam mattress topper to be super helpful. I tore my pubic symphysis during birth with DD (I didn't have SPD before birth). I would wake up aching so much before I got it. It really helped with hip pain. We got the 4 inch topper, but I don't know if it needs to be so thick. We also had a horrible mattress. We upgraded bed sizes since then so I am in the market to get another. Not sure if I'm going to get 4inches or a smaller one. I didn't like the extra height, but this bed also has a low profile box spring so maybe it won't bother me.

We have the most amazing memory foam mattress that conforms to your body. I may need DH to pull me out of it at 9 months but I think it will definitely help with sleeping. Hopefully!

I loooooved my snoogle! I got the full sized one, and while it does take up a good portion of the bed, it was worth it. Also worth it was springing for the one with the jersey fabric cover, it's nice and soft and more comfortable than the regular one.
Snoogle lover here. I used it from 14 weeks on with DD. I then gifted it to a friend who used it her entire pregnancy, as well. It's come home and will most likely get busted out in a week or two.
Snoogle over here too. DH bought it for me for Christmas during my 1st pregnancy. At the time we spent every weekend at his parents house to save on driving to work for DH and I suffered through a couple weeks with out one there but ended up buying a second one that I could just leave there. It was too much of a pain to try and remember to pack it to haul back and forth all the time.
