I would get light headed a lot during pregnancy, especially in the heat. I couldn't take hot showers. I think I was a little low on iron. It's worth asking about.
This is what happened to me. @mrscatfarmer take care of yourself
As for me, I spent most of yesterday in bed or over the toilet. Last time I threw up last night it felt like my throat was in burning. I thought it was just the garlic fries I had eaten coming back up, all the garlic causing the burn. But I just tree up now (thankfully first time today), and it feels the same. I know you can throw up bile, but this feels different. And I dunno if I'm seeing wrong, but I can swear I see a little blood come up at the very end, right when my throat starts to burn. I need this to vanish already. I now I was more sick for longer last time, but I'm done with this.

Is that what anemia is? Low iron? DH guessed I could be anemic, but he obviously doesn't know. FFSC: I skipped my PNV a few times last week, so it could be my own fault
I'm anemic this pregnancy. I take an iron supplement, I haven't really been super light headed I just def lack energy. If you are anemic they will tell you after your bloodwork. Hope it's nothing. I would call the nurse and tell them how you've been feeling.

I'd probably call the OB about this. Are you taking any antacids? Maybe that would help with overall queasiness.
