mrsmonogrammed, I've pretty much hit the point where I lost my entire mind. I started my Keurig this morning with no coffee mug under it. I've got about 23 1/2 working hours left until Christmas vacation, but who's counting?

Yesterday was a shit show at work, I'm not looking forward to the fall out today.
Oh and plus since I didn't get to run out at all yesterday, today in addition to working a full day I also need to run to the post office, stop by tarbucks to get giftcards for the postman, ups, dfedex, garbagemen, and LBB's teacher, run by Target to get giftcards for BH's DCPs, and to the grocery store to pick up some cookie making supplies.
4.5 days of work until ML so trying to plow through a giant boring tedious contract that I have to review today. But I have lunch plans and then dinner with my high school girlfriends so it should be a good day! I wrapped all of our presents last night but still need to do ribbon on all of them. Also unboxed all the gifts from Santa and got excited about seeing W's reaction on Christmas morning! T&Ps for your post office trip and other errands billyhorrible. That's my personal version of hell right now.
I am probably irrationally excited to video DD coming down the stairs and seeing the tree/presents from santa on Christmas morning. Can't wait!!

We are in the 18m sleep regression and J is throwing the worst temper tantrums today. So much to do before my in laws get here but it's so hard with a screaming baby. Send help.
We're on day 2 of this EEG. Maybe it will tell us why the part of his brain responsible for listening is broken? We had to wrap his head again this morning because he tore the gauze off. Thankfully he only got one of the leeds off and I was able to stick it back on. Only around 22 hours left 😔.
Things have been crazy around here (when are they not)? We were browsing the housing market and found an amazing deal on a bank owned home, so we put in an offer yesterday and they surprisingly countered first thing this morning. Now we're working to clear out our basement and minimize furniture in some rooms. I'm also working on sewing projects at my grandma's during the day so it feels like total chaos.

DD and I grocery shopped this morning and she's currently napping. Teething is making her such a monster lately.
Anyway, while shopping this morning, I pulled a tube of crescent rolls off the shelf. You guys, like 30 more packs just came rolling off the shelf. All over the place. I couldn't stop them. They were all over the floor, all over rest of the refrigeration case. It was like an incredibly embarrassing scene in a movie, especially since this is the literal busiest week in a grocery store. I tried to pick up what I could, buuuut there was still quite a mess. Pretty sure it was a booby trap built by an employee and they were cracking up while watching from afar.

I had an initial phone call with this company called Suburban Jungle which helps families living in the city find the "right" suburb. I was hoping the agent would have some exciting or novel suggestions to different areas, but most that she mentioned have already been on our radar. Towns in Long Island, New Jersey, or Westchester and none that have more pros than cons. I sound like the protagonist in "Are you there God, it's me, Margaret"...and they ended up in Jersey. I bet I could relate everything in my life to a Judy Blume novel. That is my random for today.

Kristykristyleelee, I was scrolling IG lastnight and DH must have looked over my shoulder when I got to the pic of A with two binkies in her mouth, and he was like, "When did S do that?"
I just looked at him to see if he was serious. When I realized he was, I was like, "Um...that's my internet friend's little girl that just happens to look A LOT like S."

Hi everyone!! I've been so busy lately! We are listing our house right after Christmas, and also going to Mexico so I'm kind of in over my head. Fortunately DH comes home tomorrow so I can pawn off some parenting duties.
Hello ladies. I've been attempting to get ready for Christmas, it's not going as well as I'd hoped. Oh well though, things could be worse. C has a cold. His nose has been nonstop. Today while out attempting to finish some Christmas shopping with my mom his eyes started getting all gunky/goopy. So since he just had bronchitis last month we're heading back to the peds tomorrow to make sure this doesn't develop into anything worse. (And with Christmas just around the corner I don't want him to be miserable for Christmas.) Tomorrow is supposed to be a work breakfast (not going since C looks awful), dr, and hopefully cookies and present wrapping.
