It is awesome. It was gifted to us by a friend and we had not bought one yet. It folds like a camp chair. The tray part is coated in plastic. He eats in it, plays in it, sits in the bathroom in it while I take a shower. It was a life saver when we went to a hotel for a weekend. We have even taken it to a restaurant. The only negative is that the tray has a very slight tilt to it, so I am not 100% how it will be when we start putting foods on his tray. He doesn't sit unassisted yet, and the opening is a little wide, so we just stick a couple hand towels in beside him.
I have a couple friends expecting this spring, and I think this will be my gift!

@becominggold,I am jealous of your LOs cranial helmet!!!! We just got ours Friday and it is UGLY! Light blue ugly! We are trying to jazz it up with stickers, all the family is pitching in so it will be neat, I hope hope your LOs melon is nice and round!
love the chair too I wanted one but all the old people in my life decided we needed a wooden one... Eye roll.... That is dusty sitting in my corner... Pft
My ILs gave us one of these for Christmas, so I'm planning to bring it to their house when we go over there for dinner or lunch or whatever, but I wasn't sure how much I'll like it (haven't used it yet). I'm glad to hear you like yours so much!
A guy I work with has two LOs and this high chair. He said if he was a single dad, this high chair alone would be all he needed to score dates with all the women who have approached him about it out in public.
So, I guess that is another vote in favor of the awesomeness of this chair.
DD used it when she could sit by herself pretty well. Its nice because it folds flat so it fits in a diaper bag and you can scoot them right up to the table so you don't have to worry about a tray.
Now that I think about it she was probably close to a year so it will be awhile before our babies are big enough for it.
