I don't know if this girl is going through a growth spurt or is using BFing to comfort because of overstimulation or overtired, but holy cow she is feeding non-stop today. And I have 5 other adults who love babies and have tried to comfort her in between. The only thing that's calming her is feeding. Ugh, so here I am again. I hope this doesn't happen all night. Good luck to everyone else as we near upon another night.
Leap #2 starts around 7.5 weeks if you believe in such things.
We went to dinner at the neighbor's which was fun! Here I am st midnight, my mom bottle fed L breast milk and he is out!?! Wtf kid? I give you the boob and you stay up till 2-3am but grandma give you 4oz and you sleep thru her putting you in the pnp and me moving you upstairs! Night all, I'm sure I'll be back in a few hours!
I finished a book that sounded interesting and was recommended by a friend who likes the same authors I do. Turns out, it's triggery AF. So here I am, traumatized from reading, while everyone else has been asleep for two hours or more. Lilah is due to wake up in 2 hours or so. I'll probably still be awake.
Tomorrow we are going to look at cars. Might end up buying one this week if we can get a good deal.
tallblonde, I agree with you! Jodi Picoult books seem to hit all the triggers with me!?! I think I've read 2 before I realized I shouldn't read her books
How'd you know? Eta: wait, no. Not her newest one. The 2014 book. The new one I know not to from the description.
Lol jodi piccoult is always a good guess for being triggery. I had just heard quite a bit about the latest one recently and yeah it sounds like a fire storm of triggers. I am sorry this one blindsided you though.

Yeah. I'm not very familiar with her style so I wasn't expecting it. I read The Storyteller which I liked ok. This one I knew had a mother who seemingly disappeared, but I was not expecting the twist at the end. I was told her style is similar to Liane Moriarty's, but her books are never that dark and the surprise endings are usually fun, or at least have a satisfying and not super depressing end.
