Santa stuffs stockings, but doesn't wrap the stuff inside. I also didn't wrap the trampoline I got DD cause #noway.
We do Christmas gifts with my parents and siblings Christmas eve so We don't have to cram it into Christmas day. So We only have 2 places to go to tomorrow instead of 3. I'll take it.
I'm currently getting a back massage from DH. I think I know what he wants for Christmas. Lol
We facetimed my inlaws tonight so they could see the boys open a few of the presents they sent. The little got a stuffed animal and a light up toy. The first one for the big was clothes, the second one was clothes, and the third one was underwear. Each time he screamed and threw it on the floor. My MIL seemed bothered. Seriously though. He's 2. WTF did you think was going to happen? He wants effing toys. She asked for suggestions and I created an Amazon wishlist. It included toys. No clothes. I can't make my kid love the fact you sent him clothes for Christmas.
So we thought we couldn't take dog sitting dog back until this morning. Turns out the grandparents were taking him for us and they got in yesterday afternoon. So, we delayed our trip to the ILs to today and got up here around noon. Tomorrow morning we'll do presents and breakfast and head home, do our Christmas and then Christmas with my family.
Drank too much wine and now have a headache. Our whole fam is wearing matching nutcracker pajamas. I'm the mom so I'm the boss.
I'm jealous. Of the wine part. My mom bought us all (8 adults) matching pajamas. Except Bub because she knows Christmas PJs are up to the parents and didn't want to step on toes. But I wouldn't care if she had. Because I'm cheap and his Christmas PJs are hand-me-downs.

I just got them for the four of us. By the time I realized I could have gotten them for everyone they were sold out of sizes. Oops. I'll post a pic in the pb.
DD did like 20 laps at my aunt and uncles house tonight (loop between several rooms). Seriously the energizer bunny. My uncle is an amazing cool so I'm still drooling over the twice baked potatoes and chocolate Carmel pie.
Bub woke up and barfed in our bed last night. Luckily my delinquent siblings all passed out in the basement last night (one of them must be on the couch) so there's an empty bedroom across the hall. And it's like a memory foam mattress or something. It's amazing.

Oh no! I hope it was just a fluke and he feels better this morning.

I'm not sure. He seems fine this morning but no appetite. Yesterday he didn't want to eat either, but I thought he was just having too much fun playing, and I thought maybe he had some snacks that I didn't notice, but now it looks like he hasn't had anything but milk since lunch yesterday. It didn't seem to phase him. He was like "I burped!" And then went right back to sleep.
So this year we just put the kids presents in the bag (unwrapped) and set it next to the fireplace. I thought I was a genius until E asked why the presents weren't wrapped.

Totally stealing this! That is so cute! Already marked down to $17. Yes, please. 😊

I highly recommend. We got ours with our last name embroidered on it. I told E that Santa doesn't always have time to wrap gifts. I'm planning to just hide the bag and use for Santa gifts each year.
DD had what I believe what a night terror last night. She was screaming, thrashing around, and inconsolable. It was pretty scary. It also led to her being awake for over 2 hours.
My kid just tapped out on opening presents. We did IL gifts, our gifts and then my mom's house. He was already slowing down at our house and then was just done after opening a few at my mom's.

My kid was like a perfect angel today, I can't even believe it. I'm sure the distractions of the holidays and all the toys just kept her occupied. She didn't nap and was hardly crabby. We will see what tomorrow brings lol.

This was DD yesterday too! Her first ever no nap day. DHs aunt kept saying "she's so sweet, idk how she could ever throw fits or scream or blah blah". Then we got home and tried to put her to bed. I told DH he needed to record that fit and send it to his aunt. Lol it was terrible (she was pissed she couldn't stay up later to play with all the new things).
Did anyone or their LOs get any awesome gifts? DH and his uncle are planning a Yellowstone snowmobiling trip for Feb, so his uncle paid for it all for him, and told him to give me what he had saved up. Lol. Score! I also got a spot bot and a new hair dryer I wanted. DD loves everything she got, but especially her twin baby dolls and all the accessories (high chair, pnp, stroller, etc). I got her a knock off tula doll carrier for her bday in a couple of weeks. I can't wait to give it to her.
My kid has been playing with the Melissa and Doug art easel set, it's pretty cool. And her new dollhouse. And she got a freaking Barbie and Barbie car that she loves.

Not Christmas related, but I'm desperate and I'll take any tips. I'm to that point of tears with getting sick. I went from throwing up once a day, to within the last week, twice a day, and now, all the time. I took a sip of water this morning and immediately threw up. This is how it was with DS too.
I'm tired all the time, I avoid eating or drinking anything so I won't throw up (not that it helps), I know I'm dehydrated and I want so badly to drink water, but that's the #1 thing that makes me sick. The B6 / Unisom are no longer helping. I have an appt. on Thur. and will talk to the OB then, but I don't know what else can be done medically speaking, and I'm def. at that, I'm not having more kids because I can't take another pregnancy point.
Ugh so sorry sstwinklinglites my friend said whatever med they prescribe that is essentially just b6 and unisom, but combined, actually helped her more than what you just buy yourself. Then she also took zoftan which obviously isn't ideal but it helped her.
So sorry sstwinklinglites. I wish I had a magic trick or guaranteed advice that would help. I'm out of town today, but back at some point early evening tomorrow though and have some of the prescription diclegis if you want to try. That's the one Lindsay is referring to. I can bring it by your house. I'm sure it's technically expired since the default is one year from fill date. It's from DS2 though, so I would have gotten January 2015 I think. Not that old. Could give it a try before your appointment Thursday. Just let me know.
