How are you ladies sleeping post csection? Last night was my first night home and I found it incredibly difficult to get comfortable in my own bed. For a brief moment I missed the hospital bed. What are you ladies doing to stay comfortable?

I had a c section with my last and I couldn't lay flat. I pretty much got every pillow in the house and slept at an angle or in the recliner. I also woke h to give me the baby because it was too hard to get up.
I can sleep normal for the most part, I actually find it easier to sleep without the band. It's more difficult to get up but I can lay flat and on my side-ish. Breast feeding is so much harder without the ease of pressing a button to change the incline of a hospital bed though. :/
Last night was my first night home and I found it difficult to sleep in my own bed as well. As much as I wanted to sleep on my side, my stomach didn't appreciate hanging at all. I sort of stuffed a pillow under it and that worked for a while but then my hip hurt and rolling over takes so much effort to not hurt myself. Can't wait until I feel better...

As you and others said, I totally missed my hospital bed the first night! What I have come to like Is on either side with a pillow supporting my gut, and others between my legs and under an arm. I am longing to sleep on my stomach though!
Oh I can't wait to sleep on my stomach again. I had to resort to sleeping on my couch last night because my bed just was not working out for me. No amount of pillows gave me the support I needed.
