How old is LO? 5 months

How is breastfeeding going? Okay. I'm having issues with my supply because I keep getting my period. 3rd time in 1.5 months now. I'm on the mini pill and will be calling my MW tomorrow to ask her some questions.


How is pumping/work (if you are back to work)? It's okay. B eats 9oz and I only pump 7-8oz. But like I said, I keep getting my "period" and it's tanking my supply when I have it.

How are nights? Not so bad. B goes down at 7:30, wakes around 12 and 3 and is up for the day by 7am. It's rough for me because I'm only getting 2-3 hour chunks of sleep myself. I can't go to bed at 7:30 when he does.

Any teeth/signs of teething? Yes! His two front teeth broke through on Christmas Eve. He's basically a hot mess and miserable.

Questions/AW/Rant? Anyone else have experience with the mini pill? Did you have break through bleeding?

GTKY: Do you have any plans for NYE? Yes! H and I are going to a black tie wedding, and it's local so we don't have to travel too far. The boys are staying with my parents. I'm nervous because B doesn't take a bottle MOTN. After the reception I'm going to stay at her house too, just in case B won't go back to sleep. I'm really excited for a fun night out with H though.

melody330 I started on the mini pill (my first time so don't really know what to expect) but I haven't had any breakthrough bleeding yet.

How old is LO? 5 months

How is breastfeeding going? Great. Random nipple pain that we battled a few weeks ago is back on the other side this time. I think one bad latch does this for a few days.

How is pumping/work (if you are back to work)? Haven't pumped since Christmas Day due to sickness. I don't miss it a bit.

How are nights? Rough patch due to her first cold (one night basically up 12-5am).

Any teeth/signs of teething? She's going nuts with things in her mouth right now. Full on growling sometimes.

Questions/AW/Rant? First cold and now congestion hit us hard. She basically screamed every time she coughed at first. Nursed for 5 hours straight. Ugh.

GTKY: Do you have any plans for NYE? Flying to my MILs for a visit and watching the Buckeyes win the national championship!

How old is LO? 3 months (15w)

How is breastfeeding going? Good for the most part. Keep getting pain in my right nipple but I think he still latches poorly on that side once in a while which causes pain for a few days.

How is pumping/work (if you are back to work)? This upcoming Tuesday is my first day back...

How are nights? R had slept through the night 5 nights in a row leading up to the Thursday before Christmas Eve and has been back to 3-5 hour stretches since. Really hoping he heads back in the right direction soon.

Any teeth/signs of teething? Yes. Well I believe so anyway. He's been drooling more, gnawing on his hands/toys/burp cloths, and has been really fussy recently. About the same time his nights got worse actually.

Questions/AW/Rant? I'm so anxious about going back to work. Mainly I'm said about the potential to start missing firsts (he's SO close to rolling over, for example), but also the whole having to pump enough to feed him thing.

GTKY: Do you have any plans for NYE? Small, low-key party at our neighbor's house. Nice that it's right down the street in case R won't sleep while we're there.
