Well the first workout is the fit test, which is 8 min. But all of her workouts are 20 min. It is a 90 day challenge and you do a 20 min workout 6 days a week. It's a mix of strength and cardio workouts. I love it because I can fit the workout in whenever I get some time.
This sounds great! Do you have to buy dvds or what?
I was just about to ask this! I need any help I can get these days without consuming too much time. No motivation.
richaroodominae01 nope, it's free! If you search for Bikini Body Mommy 6.0 challenge on YouTube, all of her videos are there. If you guys decide to start, we can do a check in here! That helped me when I did the 5.0.
Awesome! Thanks! I'm going to check it out after the babies go to sleep.
Has anyone else had their LO's pedi recommend to start shifting away from the bottle? Yesterday DD's said to start putting her formula in a sippy cup but she has always been unconventional and more progressive in her thinking....is this the new norm?
Mine didn't mention it. I think she brought it up at 1 year with S. It must depend on development too. R would never be able to handle a sippy cup right now.
DS's pedi recommend introducing the sippy at his 6 months, but not as a replacement for the bottle quite yet. She did push to completely drop the bottle with DD after 1, so I assume it will be the same.
DS just plays with his sippy for now.
I highly recommend the kid sized Contigo water bottles, instead of straw cups. Kids like them, they seem easier to suck from, and they don't spill or leak much at all.
We were supposed to go to Music Time at the library this morning but it was cancelled. I'm so bummed. It's only every other week and I feel like they cancel it more than it's actually held.
DH is going to Cali for his new job next week. It will be my first time solo parenting both kids for more than a weekend. I am so nervous about how I'm going to get ready for work and get both kids ready. It's going to be a shitshow. Both kids started with a runny nose a couple days ago. Really hoping they're not sick while he's gone too 😕
I know it's nerve-wracking, but I think you'll surprise yourself with how well you'll manage! Just get as much as you can ready the night before. I hope your kids get healthy, though!
Help me decide on a car because I'm very indecisive right now. I found two Prius's I like. Both 2013 with the trim level and options I want. Very similar conditions. Here are the differences:
Prius A: really low miles (like 22,000), interior leather is gray (the darker leather looks nice), but it's at a dealership an hour away. Exterior color is gray, not crazy about it but it's fine. Would have to spend a couple thousand more than my insurance gave me for my car.
Prius B: at a dealership nearby, has more than double the miles (49,000), but is also $2k less so we wouldn't have to spend any extra. Exterior color is Red (my old one was red and I really like that color car.)
My car had 49,000 miles before it was totalled, so having more miles isn't terrible. But it would be nice to get something with less miles that might last slightly longer. I plan (god willing) to drive this car as long as possible.
renbee I would pay the extra for the lower mileage. Does option B have good tires? I'm looking at getting new tires for my truck and can't believe how expensive it has gotten. I would fear having to put extra money into option B sooner than option A.
This is coming from someone with 2 vehicles at 90k+ miles and I have only had red vehicles. Lol Maybe I'm not much help.

Yes I've asked both dealerships about the tires. I'm very sensitive about those since I had literally paid to put new tires on my Prius a month ago 😫. They just got option B on the lot and are inspecting it now so I don't have much detail, but they look decent. Same type of tires as the car with lower miles.
XP from M14: I'm probably majorly overthinking this, but I need advice. I am on antibiotics that are not totally bf friendly. The Dr says they are OK, but Google is divided. DS2 is also on antibiotics (low dose, since he was born). If I keep nursing, do you think that is too much for his system? I have a freezer stash I can supplement with but not enough to last the whole 7 days. I'm worried about thrush or diaper rash.

What antibiotics?
Flagyl. I just don't want to overload his system with antibiotics. I struggle with these decisions so much and DH isn't much help.
renbee did you test drive each car? Personally I always like to see how preowned cars handle. You never really know how the previous owner cared for the car.

Otherwise I'd probably go with option A.
I haven't test driven either yet. Since the one is an hour away I'm trying to prioritize which one I should go see today. I feel like if A was nearby it would be a no brainer but I am really not wanting to make the drive 😫

In that case I'd go see option B first. If it's everything you want, good tires, drives nice, good deal get it and forget A. But if you have any doubt after seeing it then go look at A and compare the two.
scotty138, if the doctor gives it the ok, then I would trust him/her. Did you talk to the pedi or just your doc? Maybe clear it up with the pedi if you haven't? You can always alternate - nurse and freezer stash if you're that uncomfortable with it.
Well damn. We went to look at the closer car because we figured we might as well. They took forever to get it for us to test drive, and when they finally pull it around it wasn't leather like the website stated. It also has a big scratch on the back. No wonder it was cheap...
So then I call the other dealer and they just had someone put a deposit on the other car! There's still a possibility it will fall through but I'm bummed. I freaking hate car shopping!!
