While I don't have any personal experience with these drugs, I have use Latcmed app as a resource for similar things.
Most technicians will tell you to pump and dump when that isn't necessary. You can get latcmed or you can call InfantRisk Center yourself and ask them. They are literally experts in this field.
I think the general rule of thumb with anesthesia is once your awake and not feeling side effects, it's okay to nurse.
from what i've read, 12 hours of pumping might be a safe bet. you don't actually have to dump what you pump- you can freeze it and save for 6-8 weeks until the radioactivity has dissipated.
i would take extra care to stay hydrated during that time, though.
and +1 as soon as you're awake and alert after anesthesia it's safe to nurse (remember, babies/toddlers undergo general anesthesia themselves- the only concern is that you're with it enough to hold your LO safely).
