Reestablishing nursing after illness and supply drop

My son is 7 months old and about a week ago I had a severe GI bug with dehydration that required me to stop nursing and pumping for a few days. Not surprisingly, my supply tanked and the baby has been bottle feeding (a mixture of pumped milk and formula) during this time. Over the past few days my supply has rebounded thanks to a bunch of power pumping sessions and is now back to a level where I would expect him to get a good feeding if he nurses from both breasts. However, he seems to have completely lost interest in nursing. He seems to get bored or frustrated after a very brief period of time - probably before let-down. Anyone have any tips to re-establish this relationship? He isn't new to bottles - he's been taking them at daycare since 3 months of age, though I've always nursed without difficulty in mornings, evenings, and weekends.
