S - grilled halloumi,crusty bread, and a salad M - chicken fried rice T - chicken and sun-dried tomato pesto tamales W - chicken potstickers with peas and mushrooms R - French onion soup F - turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwiches S - gnocchi with pesto, green beans, and cherry tomatoes
Sun - pulled pork & pierogies Mon - meatless sausage crumbles and potatoes obrien. Tues - tacos Wed - orange chicken & stir fry veggies Thurs - chili spaghetti or turkey taco chili pasta Fri - leftovers Sat - I have a free blue apron box coming, woo!
Monday - lobster tails and flank streak with garlic bread and broccoli (we ended vacation with a bang) Tuesday - chicken fajita rice Wednesday - chicken pot pie (crock pot freezer meal) Thursday - leftovers or take out. Or I might go grocery shopping again before this. Honestly haven't made it this far with my planning!

The hubby got us the instapot cookbook and everything we have made from it is amazing!! I did make chicken pot pie and it was amazing!! I want to make it again and freeze it for a cold snowy day. I can send you the recipe tomorrow if you want.

Edited: I also used it to make Creme Brulee for dessert for New Year Eve. Not a dinner recipe but so easy and soo yummy!!

Omg NOTHING! We desperately need groceries right now, we're in survival mode! This thread just made me realize I seriously have nothing at all for the week! We ate chicken salads tonight, tomorrow SO can fend for himself, I'll have a shake on the road. Friday = payday = groceries!

+1 to having no idea. We had spaghetti squash and veggies last night which was a hit- even B loved it. I will figure out what we are having for dinner tonight while I am sitting through 6 HOURS OF MEETINGS today. Ugh.
