Hey guys this might be a silly question but what does everyone use for skincare. I've been trying to do research on what's safe during breastfeeding but a lot of the sources (even kellymom) are either looking at pregnancy or oral acne medications. From what I see in the drugstore all the antiaging things have retinol (differing strengths). Anyone have some safe recs or resources for info about anti aging products? My skin is dry and I'm 30 so I'd like to start working against wrinkles. My son is 16 months old. Any recs would be appreciated.

I've ordered some rosehip oil to add to my oil cleansing routine. It's supposed to help with aging.
You can use anti-aging products even while nursing and just avoid the ones with retinol. Vitamin C and glycolic acid are two ingredients that are used instead.
This is a great question. I stopped all my anti-aging products when I got pregnant due to retinal. I use Neutrogena face lotion but I'm looking for something more anti-aging that is pregnancy or at least BFing friendly since I'll likely be pregnant and/or BFing for several years to come!
Exactly! I plan on bf this guy until he wants to stop and then we might have another. I could be breastfeeding for years and if possible I'd like to still use some anti aging products. Thank you seamonster for letting me know glycolic acid works. I always just see people day use retinal which is a definite no during pregnancy and not as clear during breastfeeding.
