I was hoping we would eventually start this thread! This way if I actually remember to start the ticker change thread in Sunday's I won't include the bump picture part.
Me: 29 DH: 35 NTNP since May 2013 charting since June 2014 dx: Graves disease (radioactive iodine), Crohns disease (abdominal surgeries) MMC October 2015 (9 weeks) Severe MFI diagnosis July 2015
No discernible bump here. I can tell it's coming. H can't tell. I started out overweight, so it might be a little while. Only just hit 16 weeks.
On the plus side, I haven't gained any weight so far, which was my goal. Now to stick to my overall goal of hitting the low end of the weight gain range my midwife recommends!
marshian, I am overweight (see HDBD pic). With my first baby I didn't really start showing until 20+ weeks like huskermom said. This time it started way sooner.
huskermom - I go up and down two pounds day-to-day, so you're doing great too!
I wasn't eating well and therefore gained weight the past 5 years or so, always intending to lose it but never trying hard. What's been great about pregnancy is I actually feel not hungry when I'm not and do not have the desire to eat mindlessly (unlike in normal life), so I don't. And I feel full which never really happened before until I was too full, so I stop eating after a normal amount. I think that's what's really kept me on track so far. I either didn't get those feelings before or I ignored them. Hopefully it stays this way!
honda13 - Your bump is adorable! I figured I won't really show until about halfway through, guess we'll see!
Thanks! I hate these pants though, not flattering but they fit so whatever. I've gotten so big this time I keep wondering if there are two in there!
I'm going to need maternity work pants. I got one pair from Motherhood Maternity during their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale and they're okay, but not the greatest. (Their full panel jeans, however, feel amazing! I almost want to wear them now even though I don't need them.) If you find anything good, let me know!

Here's one from this weekend. I was 16 weeks 2 days. STM, team pink, one baby. I don't know why my husband didn't tell me about the bit of hair sticking out.

Okay I think I got it to work! The 16w pic is from Monday when I was 16w4d. The bump has gotten bigger since then! I did a side by side comparison since it's still small but bigger than I started with.
sdlaura - random but do you know the paint color you used?? Now that we know we're team blue I want to paint our nursery navy. We have wainscoting in there and I've always said if we have a boy I want a navy/white/grey nursery!

Yep, it's called Signature Blue - the brand is Behr Premium Plus Ultra from Home Depot. It's the low VOC paint that doesn't require primer. Our master and our nursery are both that color blue (we used the blue nursery for a girl and then a boy), and I love it. It's relaxing and conducive to sleep I would say in person it's not quite navy - sort of a blend between royal and navy blue.
