This is a 30 day challenge focusing on the abs/core. There are four main exercises to be completed daily, with the number of reps increasing each day. There is a rest day every 4th day. Each set only has to be completed once a day, but make it what you want.

Ok done at the wire here as well!
However now due to @kitchen posting about Diastasis I checked mine after doing it. I have one spot at my belly button that is 2.5 fingers. The rest is less than 2 fingers. Does this warrant rehab or are ab exercises ok? I have no desire to make my wussy abs any worse.
