I totally overthought this as usual. I have to admit I don't know what a plank is and semi know what a leg raise is. Maybe not I'm thinking calf raises. Either way off to Google.
I did it ! Things I learned... sit ups are hard the right way. I totally grabbed onto my thighs to pull myself up. Leg raises are cool and the plank is tough.
