I've been over here just waiting for someone to start a thread because I didn't want to start it two days in a row. No real plans for the weekend. Going to try and get the house in order.
H is going OOT for a college basketball game. One of his friends' dad I guess donates enough money to get access to tickets that H wouldn't be able to get. So he had 2 extras and offered them up to H and another friend (the friend that is the guy's son lives on the west coast so he's not going). So H and friend made plans to go to the bar early in the day and get hammered before the game and then spend the night... and then they found out they would be sitting with the friend's (super religious) sister, her husband (who I think is a pastor), and like 5 of their children. LOL Sorry you'll have to behave like a responsible adult this weekend, H.
I've been trying to figure out restaurant recommendations with dinner out with a girlfriend. Not too pricy, and ideally in the northern burbs. Any suggestions?
We have friends coming over for dinner tonight, then dinner out with my gf tomorrow. We start swim class tomorrow too. H wants to take her sledding this weekend too. I think that's all we have going on.

What does Liberty Center have? I've been wanting to try Pies & Pints, but maybe not while pregnant. They're opening a Cooper's Hawk there, not sure if it's done yet. And you can't go wrong with Cheesecake Factory.

Liberty has lots of good options. Cooper's Hawk is open and Cantina Laredo is also good. In Mason there's another new pizza place called two cities that does deep dish and thin crust that we really like. Ive heard cozy's cottage is really cute, but I've never been so I don't know about pricing.

Not much going on here. I was thinking about taking kids to run jump n play tonight for the open inflatables, but E has been falling asleep after daycare pretty much everyday this week. We might just pick up pizza and watch a family movie. H's birthday is next week so I'm going to try to take him to REI to pick out new climbing shoes as his present. That's pretty much it for the weekend.
I've only thrown up... twice... this week. So I'd say yes, but also I still have nausea and that perpetual nasty taste in my mouse. I'm feeling slightly more energetic. I hope this means it's passing and things are about to get more enjoyable.

Aside from the funk, how are you feeling?
Better. As long as I eat every few hours, the nausea is pretty much gone. I didn't even gag when I brushed my teeth this morning!
Glad all of the pregos are starting to feel better. Showings and an open house this weekend, so just avoiding our house. I do need to run the vacuum and dust again, so I'll try to get that done after small group tonight. Nothing major planned. The house is so quiet today. Z refused to leave my grandma's house after we dropped the dogs off and she said he could stay, so I just have W today. Hopefully it doesn't make the day drag.
No plans here. Just been watching tv sitting on the recliner with a baby attached to my boob lol. I'm also wondering if I should get some of those milkie milk savers. Anyone use? I was leaking like crazy last night.

becole likes hers. I've also heard good things about those hand pumps that you just suction on while you feed baby.

We are having such a good time! I can't even get time to tell you all but it's great and we're here. Yesterday was perfect at Hollywood with our fast passes and we were chosen twice by cast members to go to the front of the line! It was awesome. Such a good morning at Epcot. We did frozen, Nemo, and the ride in the ball, plus got a margarita in Mexico on the way. Kids are in good moods. Headed to hotel to swim or nap and then to MK tonight and tomorrow. Disney is the best.

So glad you're having fun! You're so brave doing all this with two littles and an invalid husband
I was just about to ask about you. I checked your post history to make sure you hadn't posted and I just missed it, and it was like the exact same time you wrote this.
It was seriously magical and I literally just wear baby and nurse him when we sit for a ride. Yesterday the flight was good except the last 10 minutes DS lost it on the descent but everyone around us was nice about it. Frontier gave us big free plastic bags for the stroller and car seats to be checked. Then in Hollywood from 3:30 to 8 we did Toy Story fast pass, frozen sing along (hilarious! ) and got front row and fast pass, then little mermaid live which was also really good and 3 rows from front, then movie ride walked to the front by a cast member just being nice, then saw Donald Duck - he just walked by and kissed on the baby! Then we had dinner reservations at Italian and we orders and waited for the food while DS and H did muppets 3D. It was the most perfect none wait Disney day.
Is C enjoying activities that are from movies he's not familiar with? My DS knows the original MMCH characters, and Cars and Nemo, but hasn't seen any other Disney movies. So I have been wondering if he would care about Disney or not.
becole I'm so glad you all are having a great time! So jealous you are in the warmth and sunshine! I've considered going to visit my parents in Orlando in Feb. just to get the heck out the cold. Disney really is magical, I don't know how they do it, but even as an adult I loved it there.

becole are you staying at a onsite Disney resort? I want to plan a trip for 2018. All my coworkers say to stay on property. My parents offered to come with us. They're not really interested in Disney world, but they would watch the kids during the evenings so H and I can go out. They're saying we should just rent a condo nearby.
