Wow - congratulations! And glad you are coming around to mostly excited! What did your h say? Do you have family or close friends nearby who help you some when he is away?
Do you have another ultrasound soon (like, to make sure there wasn't really a third?)?

No family close by. I've got some great friends though, who will step up if needed. DH is excited, but nervous & shell shocked, like I am. We are going to probably hire a house keeper to come when I get farther along to help with that kind of stuff. I have another ultrasound in 2 weeks to double check the babes that are in there and how many.
When I was getting the ultrasound there was a LONG, I mean LONG silence. I asked how many there were and she said "3." I proceeded to say "shit" several dozen times. She laughed and said "That's a very normal response." So she showed me (and my friend) and you could clearly see two separate sacs with babies in them, with heart beats. ❤ There was another area that looked like a sac next to the upper one. However, you couldn't see anything in there. She said it could be a bleed, but I'm not bleeding. So, either 1) there is another one in there and you can't see it because it's hidden behind the other baby or 2) there was a 3rd, but it didn't make it & my body is reabsorbing. So yeah. We are in this weird limbo stage.
I'm anxiously awaiting your appointment. I'm suspecting you may have multiples too with those high betas. Did they do any monitoring during your medicated cycle?
