I realized last night which going to sleep I didn't do the ab workout. So yesterday was my rest day. Gonna do day 3's workout today!

I still plan to go for a run later and squeeze in a workout, just not abs related.

Phew! I didn't get Day 3 in either. I ended up staying at each place later than I thought I would and ran at of time. I most likely won't be able to do it today because I had no sleep

I did the 21 day fix total body cardio workout (30 min). I almost died. I am so out of shape.

Confession: I didn't do the first three days of the challenge. But I did them all today to catch up. Might be dead tomorrow, but I'm done!
