Clearly I have no experience. We're taking the twins on their first plane ride in June but it will be 3 adults to 2 toddlers and I'm STILL terrified. Anyway, regarding the diaper change situation, someone just posted this on a FB group I'm in and I wonder if you could use this to change them at your seat? www.fly-tot.com/
Backpack leashes feel like a must, stroller for carrying all your carry ons maybe? Lots of creative tying together of things? I'm intrigued. And also think you're a little nuts but I admittedly suck at getting us out

I thought about doing this, though ultimately didn't, but it's doable. Really, it might end up being an unpleasant few hours on the plane, but you will be fine. People will help, and if they are annoyed, you won't see them again. Really, you need a plan to get on the plane. Check in ahead of time. Gate check the stroller. Leashes. Get on the plane at the last minute. Lots of snacks. Check in your stuff at the curb, if you can.
I can give you more specifics if you need, but the short answer is that it's doable.
schmella I think I'm nuts too. Especially when I hit "complete my purchase" on the plane tickets for one adult, one child with seat, and one lap child. Here's hoping we all survive this trip in March. If we do, I'll tell you all about it.
