Help me with thin lifeless hair

I'm in search for new shampoo and maybe some new hair products. I have a lot of hair, but it's thin and lifeless. I tend to air dry, mainly because I'm lazy. I've tried jojoba shampoos, thickening/volume shampoo and I still get thin gross hair. I keep my hair short because I hate how it looks. Any suggestions?

Have you tried any thickening products besides shampoo? Texturizing spray? Thickening spray? Even dry shampoo can help. I like Not Your Mother's Sea Salt Spray. You can spray it in when you're hair is wet and let it dry. On my hair it helps keep the natural waves from turning frizzy.

I actually have that spray. I like it, but it doesn't do anything for lift. I'm looking at other texturizing sprays right now. Never tried a thickening spray though.

I have thin and fine hair. I have to blow dry to give it life. I do use luxurious volume blow out spray from john frieda. Works awesome but requires the blow dryer. I don't always feel like blow drying my hair at all but whenever I don't I hate my hair. Sorry that's all I got. If it helps I make myself blow dry right out of the shower before I leave the bathroom after drying off even if I'm just putting pajamas on. This way it's done and I can move on.

JoBub does the sea salt spray really increase curls/waves? I have some Avesta stuff that my hair dresser convinced me to try. It works when my hair is wet, but doesn't keep the waves when dry.

I don't think it increases the curls. It just helps them sort of clump together and not frizz out when it's dry if that makes sense.

I blow dry on the weekends, cause I'm like you, it seems to be the only thing to give it life.

I have pin straight hair with or without blow drying and the NYM sea salt spray gives me some subtle waves. I haven't tried the John Frieda one that I hear is a lot of people's holy grail item.
