DDs 2 year pics are Friday... How do you display pics? Like we have 3 16x20 canvases (2 of just DD and one family one), then we have some 8x10s down the hall and some 4x6 collage frames... Do I keep replacing the 16x20 canvases? What do I do with all these old canvases? Do I just start a shrine to my kid? Just keep replacing the 8x10s? I'm so indecisive with this.

I usually just get them on a disc and never get around to printing them.... Like my wedding pictures...

Guys. Today's H's birthday. I've planned nothing and I'm taking birthday sex off the table because I'm on the heaviest day of my period. Worst wife ever?
sstwinklinglites any luck getting your replacement's training started?
She starts Tuesday. I completely blew up at my boss yesterday about it. He assured me she was starting next week (he said Monday but I don't work Mondays).

Been there. Just tell him you have something planned for this weekend and celebrate a few days late.

I've thought about this too. I don't want to just take down older pictures, but I don't want a million things hanging on the wall either. And now with #2 coming, they need to share wall space. I don't have a solution.

Agreed.
Speaking of sex, H and I haven't had sex since we were TTC this kiddo. He keeps asking and I keep saying no. I dnw sex when I feel like utter shit and like I'll likely barf all over him. I'm a shitty wife.

TMI but you have other options  Plus you can give him a coupon for sex later.

sstwinklinglites don't beat yourself up. I'm on pelvic rest and decided to do a week of the whole30. So my H is out carbs, sugar, and sex. I'm having dejavu, did I post this last night?

Good call. The kids usually go to MILs today so maybe I'll see if H wants to go out to dinner or see a movie.
sstwinklinglites I was in the same boat when I was pregnant (not wanting sex, not the barfing). I honestly thought I broke my sex drive until it started to come back to normal a few months ago. Babies mess with your hormones so you it can be hard to physically and mentally get in the mood. Try to give yourself a break.
sstwinklinglites hopefully the sickness eases up in the next couple of weeks. My drive is way up mid second tri so I'm all about it right now. First tri- not so much...

Now I'm just telling myself I can start fresh when #2 comes and have family photos hanging. I think I'd feel bad having photos up that didn't include #2. Maybe I should plan a family session for when this one is a newborn.

I don't religiously keep up with MFP, but occasionally I will update my stats and such. I was just doing that today and I noticed that right now is the least amount I have weighed in 5 years!!!!! Granted I hovered about 20lbs heavier for most of the 5, but I didn't realize just how long it had been since I was down to where I'm at.
becole I had much better luck with the spectra membranes - they fit right on where the yellow and white part goes. Those lasted much longer and had better suction.

Don't feel bad. There was a life you were living before #2 came along. I would add to the existing photos, maybe take some down if it's a matter of space, but I wouldn't turn it into only family of four photos.

I did newborn and family and got DS 1 and 2 together. I replaced photos of the 3 of us with the 4 of us. Now I have solo photos of each, together, and family of 4 just with the one shoot. I don't buy canvases but I replace pics in the frame and put the old ones away. I'll put them in a scrapbook later.

I'm looking on Amazon and can't find the spectra brand. I can't tell what's generic and what's not. Where do you find them? Also would pumpin pals help and how do I know if I'm using the right size shield? I am looking at the pics but it's not clear to me. And I have one boob so much larger than the other.

I think this is what I'll do also. I like canvasses, but if it's a photo I might want to update ever few years, it seems like a waste. I literally have nothing on my walls right now, so I have a lot of work to do.

I'm trying to catch up, mom is coming into town later and I'm trying to get everything organized in the house. LC appt was great. Of course C latched on and nursed awesome. No sign of TT or LT. But she had me angle her more, I think I had her too horizontal before, probably the drawback to the way the Brest friend pillow is. Anyway she did a weighted feed and she took 3 oz on one side and 2 oz on the other, so no issue with supply. And she's already up to 9 lbs 3 oz! becole blue cocoon told me they do suction tests on pumps too to make sure they are working properly. The medela through insurance I think are not as good as they used to be which is why I got the spectra. I haven't used the spectra yet though but bc recommended it over the medela.

Oh you used the cones instead of the yellow and circle piece?

Yes - even just feeling them, you can tell they're sturdier. The suction difference was incredible.
