dogmama22 I saw a similar meme last week, it wasn't LLR though. I did PEMDAS correctly, but didn't notice that the picture representing 2 changed to a single item so I was still wrong...
I think you're right. In addition to the mistake catfarmer mentioned, I could see someone completely missing that the last symbol is × instead of + and getting 16.

Yay! I got 15 too. Be careful out there guys because of roads and Friday the 13th. I'm not superstitious, but my coworker was in a serious bicycle accident on the last Friday 13, and his son was on a serious car accident the prior Friday the 13th. I guess you could say I'm a little superstitious.

Do people in other professions get shit like this in their newsfeed? I've also seen some about being the dad of a math teacher. Like I'm going to buy these for my family members? It's so weird. And they show up all the time.
And apparently over 200 people think they know someone who would love this. If someone tagged me in this I would be rethinking our friendship.

DH gets them too. The last one was something about "yes I'm married to an engineer. Yes he's working late again. No he's not imaginary." Something weird...

JoBub - It's too bad you feel that way, because I was going to provide you with some for the whole family. Lol
I do see them, but they have nothing to do with me. There's virtually no information at all about me on FB other than my name and photos and some articles and stuff, but no personal info., which I assume is how the ads get targeted.

I was just reading an article that I saw on fb from babygaga, it was something like 8 questions you should ask at you pp checkup. I wasn't expecting cutting edge journalism or anything close, but I had to do a double take when I saw "irregardless" in a sentence. C'mon people! I'm also side-eyeing Samsung because irregardless was already in my phone as a suggestion.

mrscatfarmer13 - I feel very lucky to have this group in my life. Before we announced DH didn't understand why it was ok for you all to know I was KU but not anyone else. Because these women understand! Because if something goes wrong they get it and are there when nobody else is. ❤ y'all.

My H was the same way, then when things started getting rocky he started to realize what this group means. When it started to click, he told me he was glad I had this place to lean on.

We're still here. Hugs.
I like that we all can disagree and move on and people will still give their honest opinions and not just high five and keep quiet.
I was successful today in watching all 4 parts of the Gilmore Girls reboot today and I held the baby for all his naps. He did not accept a bottle from H tonight and it was painful to hear him try from another floor. It is literally the saddest thing I've ever gone through. H was even saying, I would rather have Cs issue of not wanting to nurse than go through this.
She was offering suggestions but not working one on one. I need to call the LC dogmama22 suggested and see if she can help early next week. Btw, Can you pm me her number or how to get a hold of her? He accepted it from my sister. I think part of it is H. G has not really seemed very comforted by H since he's been born. And H quickly gets frustrated by screaming baby.

I wish there was an easy answer. G isn't the first baby to refuse a bottle, so there has to be some information out there somewhere we just haven't found yet.

I've been reading stuff online about suck training and I've tried with my finger and a hard paci but he just gags even when I'm not anywhere close to the back of his throat. It says to kind of push his toungue down and to start from the front and work your way back. I've been trying it.
The LC suggested a certain bottle, tried that... she suggested a cup, I haven't tried that yet. And a syringe- haven't tried that. I figure those are last resort. Someone on my bmb suggested introducing while he's asleep until he gets used to it. I can do it if he's distracted and looking away at something. Idk. LC also suggested bottle and baby side by side on the floor. Tried that too.

becole - I just read that you should give a bottle immediately following a nursing session and at other points that he's not hungry and wanting to nurse so he won't fight the bottle because he's hungry and wanting boob.

Yeah I've been trying it at all levels of hunger. He seems most likely to take it when he's just woken up and in a good mood already and distracted and not starving. Even H got him to take a bottle in the evening like a month ago but not since.

What about going with a faster flow nipple, at least until he starts taking the bottle consistently? After typing that, I feel like it's terrible advice.
