I'm not entirely sure what I think about it. So I can't honestly recommend it. Obviously, it's based on Batman. But the premise of the show is to show what Batman and all the good/bad guys as they become the good/bad guys. They also created a character or two that weren't in the comics (typical) and added some weird storyline involving Barbara being a lesbian. Also, her character in the show is James Gordon's fiance/ex-fiance/I have no idea what is going on in their relationship at the moment but it appears to be off, but in every comic I have ever read, in every game that she appears in, she's either his daughter or his niece. Which is just SO WEIRD for me to handle in this show. Why make a family character into a love character? Anyway, the (over-)acting is hoaky, like any show with a comic book origin, but I continue to watch this show every week. I don't know, I need someone else to watch so I can discuss it with an adult and not my kid who doesn't really care about it anyway. (j/k, she is not allowed to watch it)
