1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week?
I didn't write mine out in last weeks thread but I did pretty good on my food choices. Working out didn't happen because I got DD's cold 😕
2. What are your goals for this week? This week is to keep up with entering my food in to myfitnesspal and to get out and run if I'm feeling better.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts?

4. GTKY: What is your favorite way to exercise?
I love running. Even when I don't do so well or I feel like shit, if I can force myself out there I always feel good after. Runners high is a real thing! Second would be a weight lifting class. I like lifting but I need someone telling me what to do and kicking my ass.

1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Great! Didn't cheat this week, which says a lot given that food choices at a theme park don't lend themselves to healthy eating. My stomach is definitely getting flatter, DH even noticed. And, despite my prediction, I didn't hit a wall at all during the half.
2. What are your goals for this week? KOKO
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I feel much less tired lately, and I'm not getting more sleep, so I think it's due to the protein and carb choices. I think after the month is over I'll probably keep with the aspects of the diet when it comes to snack choices.
4. GTKY: What is your favorite way to exercise? I like running because I can zone out. I don't need to focus on moves or what my teammates need. So it's also serves as a good time to gather and go over my thoughts.

1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Terrible. J hasn't been sleeping and I'm up with her all night, and K hasn't been feeling well either so I'm on double duty. 2. What are your goals for this week? To get back on track. Walk/Jog 4 miles a day. (Each dog getting 1 mile twice a day). Make better snack decisions. Start cutting sugar out of my diet. 3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? My dad is coming over this week to help out so that should help me get back on track. 4. GTKY: What is your favorite way to exercise? Playing sports. I lost 30 lbs in the summer of 2013 just boy going out with K everyday and playing soccer, baseball, tennis, etc.

1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Exercise wise, I did great. 4 days at the gym and tons of steps thanks to packing. I ate terribly though.
2. What are your goals for this week? We move Friday so my goal this week is to just do as much as I can and to avoid take out food as much as possible. I'll go to the gym early in the week. Also plan to do my best to beat budders, and stinybean in the Fitbit challenge.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I need a chocolate/baked goods intervention.
4. GTKY: What is your favorite way to exercise? I love running. It's my little bit of alone time and something that I never used to be able to do without immediately getting short of breath. It's empowering running 10+ km.

Not great, but not absolutely horrible either. Dropped back a little on water intake from having a stomach bug for 2 days, but I also wasn't stopping in drive thrus either. I did start using Idealshape this weekend, so we will see if it helps me get back on track at all.
2. What are your goals for this week?
Get water intake and steps back up. Keep drive thru visits to a minimum.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts?
I'm really needing to find some motivation to get up and moving on the weekends. I feel like we spend a lot of time just sitting around instead of out and about.
4. GTKY: What is your favorite way to exercise?
Probably biking, or walking with a friend. There's a local mom's group that would get together once a week at one of our bike paths and walk for at least an hour (with strollers/older kids on bikes/babywearing) depending on weather. A few times we got 6-7 miles in easily.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Pretty ok! I kept my workout goals, and even got in two walks with the dog this weekend thanks to an unusually mild January. My food choices weren't 100% awesome, but I did better overall I think and am down two pounds from last week!
2. What are your goals for this week? Keep at the elliptical. Be good about snacking at least Monday-Wednesday, because come Thursday it's basically a three day birthday extravaganza and I'm already dreaming of cake.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? Not really, happy to be down weight wise on the scale this week. If I can not gain weight this week it'll be a win in my book.
4. GTKY: What is your favorite way to exercise?[/quote] My preference is taking nice long walks in the summer and swimming. Since it's too dark/cold for those, it's been the elliptical - not particularly fun but I'm lucky it's in my basement so it's convenient.

2. What are your goals for this week? Um. Based on how sick I am, I might have to take it easy for the week. Currently barely tolerating saltines and gatorade. Hopefully the second half of the week is better.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? H sat me down and basically had a CTJ talk with me on Wednesday about my overall health-physical, emotional, and mental. It hurt a lot but I did need it. He said that he's wary about TTC because my anxiety level isn't great and hasn't been since O was born. So, I've kind of reassessed and feel much better about things in general.
4. GTKY: What is your favorite way to exercise? Zumba and lifting.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Hah. Well, I drank as much water as I could but got zero exercise outside of normal activity (although I did make sure I did extra laps around the classrooms I was in this week). I avoided sweets until I went out Friday/Saturday nights.
2. What are your goals for this week? Go to the gym one more time (I had an awesome workout today). Try an at-home exercise program (will be hard because I'm working and have to drive to pick up LO after so I will be beat). Avoid sweets Drink more water (always)
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I weighed myself today and it wasn't pretty. I'm up 3 lbs in a month and I'm feeling defeated. I actually had thought I lost a bit of weight finishing nursing and it was a pretty crushing blow. I know weight loss is a journey and all but man.
4. GTKY: What is your favorite way to exercise? I love a good class like Zumba! Dancing makes me forget I'm exercising.

1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Almost completely back on track with my food choices.. still replacing at least one meal (usually breakfast)a day with a protein shake, keeping lunch and dinner around 500 calories each and bulk veggies/fruit, "healthy" grains and lean protein. 2-3 100ish calorie snacks a day. The 5 pounds I put back on at the holidays are almost gone, so that feels good! Havent gotten to the pool yet..
2. What are your goals for this week? Hopefully find a pool this week! Also, mandatory stretch session EVERY DAY, aiming for twice a day.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? Tried adding my 30 day workout app back in this week, and my joints/muscles have been locked up ever since day 1. See stretching goal above. My joint pain is still less than pre-diet overhaul, but their geriatric tendencies are still rearing their head. Stretch stretch stretch and water water water!

jessila - your anxiety level? Cripes. Like you haven't had reason for THAT this past year.
I'm sorry. You've still got a couple weeks. Give yourself that time before anyone us allowed to say shit to you. And even then, you're allowed to be a bit fragile and anxious.

I'm happy to report I completed 4 out of 5 workouts this past week!! That's 2 more than I have been doing.
Now I just need to get my act together with the aforementioned macros. I'm trying to get back into using MFP again, but I'm being inconsistent.
2. What are your goals for this week? A. Use MFP more B. Try for 5 workouts
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I have been neeeeedddding desserts lately & since it's AF this week, I'm going to allow it. But really I need to get it together! I know better & there are better options that I can make.
4. GTKY: What is your favorite way to exercise? Pole dancing! I used to belong to a studio. Oh I miss it so much! My second choice would be running. I'm really getting into it. I just have to realize that my lungs can't handle running outside when it's 30 degrees out.

I was about to use H being sick and me pulling all the bedtime weight as my excuse to not work out tonight, but then thought about how lame my check-in would be next week. 45 minutes later I'm a hot sweaty mess, but at least I got a work out in! And since I'm still tired as hell from being constantly woken up by H last night, I'm about to get my ass to bed early with no evening snack after a light dinner. At least I'll have one good night this week!
